Nadia indulges in extensive fist-fights, set to heavy sound effects, and a famous battle alongside Sundar atop a moving train.

To the man, who cannot even scrape together enough money to buy a 10-sen shochu (cheap distilled spirits), this notice seems to be completely beyond his realm. That evening, the man passes by a bar and is enticed inside where he drinks himself to sleep. When he comes to, he realizes that he is at the bottom of the sea. The man meets a samurai who is suspicious of him at first, but when he realizes that the man is Japanese, they cooperate to hunt for treasure. Almost immediately, they come upon the sunken ship of Mononai-go. What will become of them?

An author, a businessman, a shipowner and a publisher form a business venture, which will supposedly exploit a huge find of lobsters on the island of Santa Cruz. After a report in the newspaper, the business' stocks do well. But the partners quarrel with one another and it doesn't help that there aren't any lobsters on Santa Cruz after all. Nevertheless, a team heads off to the island in a decrepit boat to open up a cannery in vain.

After they have been out together, Sientje gets a reprimand. When she tells the home’s manager about her love for Guus, he feels sorry and tries to arrange a marriage.

Mish Mish Effendi and his friend Fayoumi spend their time doing nothing in an alley in Bulaq, one of the poorer sections of Cairo. Pretty girl Su'ad wants to send a letter to her boyfriend Abu Ali asking him to come visit her. The letter ends up in Mish Mish and Fayoumi's hands and they embark to waylay her plans.

Krazy is a taxidermist. A tough customer comes into his shop and tells Krazy to "Stuff this fish, and make it look like a bird." Poor intimidated Krazy starts to work but gets knocked out. He begins to have a nightmare about all the animals he's stuffed in the past. The animals put Krazy on trial. He pleads with them, singing "I ain't gonna stuff no more." He runs but is chased by the animals until he wakes up hopping mad because of his nightmare. He's still so mad when the tough customer comes back in that he takes the fish and begins to beat the customer with it. The customer then flees.
