Night Heat S01 E04 The Stranger

"I feel the Night Heat, I feel your heart beat. Somethin' ain't right. There's too much heat in the night."

Kevin and Frank pursue two criminals to a back alley. The two thugs try to escape, one manages to get away - the other gets shot by Frank when he appearently pulls out a gun. An investigation of the crime scene finds no trace of a gun, only a flashlight.
