Hannes Peters is delighted that he can escape his unloved job as a chef and join the navy. He is overjoyed to be assigned as a hydroacoustician. But then the cook falls ill and Hannes is transferred to the galley. He resists, serves inedible dumplings and oversalted coffee, but it doesn't help! For a while, he has to do his duty as a smutje and finally realizes that everyone in the navy is in the same boat.

A "filmed biography" of Kirk Douglas -- literally. Pages of a book -- the lines of text, and the tiny dots comprising the half-tone photographs -- create odd musical notes, which are edited into a pounding rhythm. Three weirdoes invade the home of a well-to-do family while the husband is at work. They aren't there to steal anything; they have a video they want to show the wife. On it is the past life of her husband, something much more violent and drug-fueled than she ever could have expected. When things go wrong for the invaders and blood gets shed, the wife must reconcile what she has seen and what she knows, and her new knowledge of the past makes her future unthinkable.

The story of Andrzej Janiszek, prisoner of Pawiak and Majdanek, member of the resistance movement. Janiszek's story is an integral part of the creation, expansion and consequences of the KL Lublin concentration camp, commonly known as Majdanek.

Based on the work of Monsignor Leónidas Proaño, Bishop of Riobamba, the daily life of an indigenous community is presented. His family intimacy and his spirituality, manifested through a rich religious syncretism, are perhaps the most important aspects shown in this film.

These works were created in a video workshop called "Katsuura Revolutionary University Video Lecture Practicum.　The idea for these works came from the experience of “Video Renka,” and after thinking about how to make them more interesting by imposing stricter conditions, I came up with three different concepts, which I named “Gamze,” “Namara,” and “Dadan,” respectively.

Lamento is an unfinished novel by writer Albert Laberge. Laberge, recognized today as Quebec's first naturalist author, published La scouine in 1918, a novel that earned him accusations of pornography from the Catholic Church.
