In a series of wistful vignettes, Segalove looks at how her childhood vision of the future holds up (or doesn't) in adulthood. Commissioned by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

This is a tale of a young woman Sara Braga who kills her lovers with the help of her servant Juliusz. She is a succubus and her servant is a personification of Asmodeus.

Like its predecessor The Harp In The South, Poor Man's Orange was also adapted for Australian television by the Ten Network in 1987. It continues the story of the Darcy family, living in the Surry Hills area of Sydney. Originally a novel by New Zealand-born Australian author Ruth Park, the book was published in 1949. The Darcys a poor, working class family of tough Irish stock - Mumma (Anne Phelan), dad Hughie (Martyn Sanderson), Roie (Anna Hruby) and the younger daughter Dolour (Kaarin Fairfax), through whose eyes we hear their story.

After returning from the United States, Johnny Tolengo is extorted by the mob into signing with a shady record company, thus setting off a series of unexpected adventures.

Alipazhangal is a 1987 Indian Malayalam film, directed by Ramachandran Pillai and Produced by Achayan. The film stars Sukumari, Thilakan, Jose Prakash and Sankaradi in lead roles. The music of the film was composed by Darsan Raman.

Qassem has an accident that causes him to experience amnesia. A rural family finds him and gives him the name Hammady. He lives happily until another accident leads to the recovery of his memories.

Cüneyt is hired by some wise guy named Beyefendi (Gentleman) to rescue a Professor who has found side-effectless synthetic painkiller. Cüneyt also calls his old friends Aytekin and Aykut to rescue the Professor with him. Three old friends take action after working on the rescue plan for a while. The team quickly rescues the Professor who was kept in a sheltered place. However, Beyefendi agrees with his rivals at the last minute and leaves the team to death. Three old friends must fight for their lives to get revenge.

Arjun is unemployed but tolerant and kind-hearted, and stays with his father Dasaradharamayah, stepmother and step sister Kalyani. One day Arjun beats up a group of ruffians who are thrashing a poor man for not paying extortion, headed by Ungarala Ramappa and Ungarala Kishtappa, protected by MLA Benerjee. With this incident, Arjun's life changes; he invokes the wrath of the local goon. Ugarala Kishtapa warns his parents and insults his sister, and the infuriated Arjun, thrashes him and destroys all his activities. Arjun is arrested, C.I. Keshava Rao's henchmen go to Benerjee let him off with a warning, but an Inspector Shekar notes that Arjun is actually doing the right thing, later he also begins to fall in love with Arjun's sister Kalyani. Arjun has also fallen in love by Sensational Subhadra, a journalist his college meet.

The folk music legend, Toma Zdravković, gave one of his last performances in Skadarlija, in the tavern "Dva jelena".

Invoking a biblical story of life coming from dry bones, Condit constructs an experimental narrative about an older woman’s confrontation with her own mortality after the death of her mother. The bone represents the promise of youth and hope—a promise jealously coveted by the young, but needed more by those grown old. Inverting cultural values, Condit represents feminine youth as a mannequin, and seeks humanity in the form of the older woman, who is reborn by overcoming her fear of death.

Spik-Bebis (Nail-baby) lives in a warehouse. He starts the day by hitting a nail into his head. Shot entirely in Super-8, this live action film features “fast cars, fancy dinners and unusual hairdos”.

Six teenagers accidentally gave way to a curious ghost for revenge. Incidentally father also one of them, Susi (Rani Soraya) is responsible for the rape and murder of the family of ghosts. So membalaslah him. Later that kind ghost, promised not to continue his spirit of vengeance origin refined. The ghost (Noor Komalasari) was forced to be the ghost of a child who was curious because it contains makes it possible to die perfectly. Then issued from the mouth of the baby ghost.

A body between sea and sky, the silent presence of the wind, a few birds: the elements of a fundamental mythology transformed into lyrical abstraction.”

A student and his friend rent an old house as a dormitory. At the same time, he meets a mysterious woman whom he falls in love with without knowing she is the ghost.

This black and white artistic travelogue pokes and probes the city of Calgary through the eyes of four very different cinematographers. Each looks at a particular and unique area to contribute to an overall sense of the city's texture. The four sections are creatively connected through poetic narrative and accompanying images of transportation, which stress the relationship between working and living in the city.

A dark and tacky hotel room in Paris. Thin walls. Noise and voices from other rooms. A man and a woman. They are upset.

Paul Stojahn spent many years abroad as a fitter. Now he returns to Berlin, no longer very young, and meets his grandson Markus. The news of Paul's return causes some confusion in the family. Grandma Renate in particular cannot forgive Paul for neglecting his family. Only Markus likes Paul very much because he can tell wonderful stories about Siberia and Africa. But as the family has a different opinion of their grandfather, a row breaks out and one day Markus receives a farewell letter.

The Maysles' third film about the artists sees them trying to get three projects off the ground: wrapping the Pont Neuf, the oldest bridge in Paris; wrapping the Reichstag; and surrounding eleven man-made islands in Florida with pink plastic sheets. As the latter is the only one that gets approval, it gets the bulk of this film.

The different faces of love provide the theme for this beautifully photographed film comprised of four short episodes. In the first story, two sisters head out for a New Year's Eve celebration and end up getting a ride with a car full of boys. The lads rape one of the girls, and strangely, the victim ends up falling in love with one of the rapists. In the second story, two young bucks who have been friends for ages spend a weekend at one of their wealthy father's homes. Eventually, they become much more than friends. The third tale deals with the emotions of an abandoned lover. While moping about, he watches TV and sees the picture of a Bengal tiger. Soon he becomes obsessed by the creature and spends many hours observing it at the zoo. His lover decides to return, but he spurns her. In the last story, a homeless fellow lives in an abandoned car. Among the locals he is known for his wisdom. One day, the doorkeeper of an adjacent building goes to see the derelict.

This is a two-episode video series, each episode lasting approximately 80 minutes. This video series, together with the video series "Unknown War 2: The Man with Two Faces," is a remake of the older television series "The Unknown War (1971)." Two video series were released due to the long total duration. The original music by Danae Evangelou from the opening credits of the 1971 television series is the same music heard in the opening credits of the video series. These two video series were broadcast as a television series by ANT1 under the title "The Unknown War (1990)" when the station began operating, and it was the first Greek television series broadcast by the station. That television series was rerun in 1995 by New Channel.

A Jumpin' Night in the Garden of Eden was the first film to document the klezmer revival, tracing the efforts of two founding groups, Kapelye and Boston's Klezmer Conservatory Band, to recover the lost history of klezmer music. For nearly a millennium, this vigorous and soulful music was part of the celebration of Jewish life in Eastern Europe. In the early decades of this century, the music took root in America. Klezmer musicians learned hundreds of tunes by ear and their ears were open to Gypsy, Ukrainian and Greek melodies of the old world, as well as to the new sounds of American jazz. Music born in Eastern Europe lived on in the imaginations of composers for New York's Yiddish theater, men whose tunes entered the mainstream through such unlikely adapters as the Andrew Sisters. Eventually Klezmer went underground as its audience assimilated into mainstream American culture.

Thought Crimes' manipulates everyday objects and familiar materials, using them to create unexpected powerful effects. The possibilities of vibration and sound are explored through a range of scavenged materials: old bed-springs, metal coils, piano strings, heated metal bars, dropped into water. In the tape's most striking image, a burning chair twists and turns from a cable, as if a symbol for some unexplained spontaneous combustion of domestic objects. While the video uses an almost process-oriented approach, showing the concrete techniques, which create each sound and effect, the elements are brought together in a composition that is almost musical.
