In the Roman ruins, a French woman and an Italian, who do not speak each other's language, fall in love in a few minutes. But as soon as they understand each other, they quarrel. Capito?, sometimes known as La Fille de Paname et le gars de Padua, invents a love dialogue from Italian to French between two young people who meet in Rome. Built around speech and how it can be a source of connivance or misunderstanding, it tells the story of the difficulties in understanding the other. By finding Françoise Vatel in front of her camera, Luc Moullet films the nascent affection and probes this singular moment where differences end up bringing us together before gradually separating us.

This film, shot by filmmakers from NASA, the U.S. Space Agency, chronicles the events leading up to human spaceflight. It shows the training of pilots, the technical description of inhabited capsule launches, and their guidance its from the ground and from inside the cabin itself. The strictly technical documentary shows the preparation of an actual launch to put a Mercury capsule into orbit. We meet Shepard and Glenn here, and of the latter we see the triple orbital flight with long sequences from inside the cabin studying the cosmonaut's reactions.

A short 1962 black & white gem by Cuban director Humberto Solás, with Hector Veita, about creating the Escuelas Nacionales de Arte (National Schools of Art) during the euphoric period after the victory of the Cuban Revolution. These art schools are the most outstanding architectural achievement of the Cuban Revolution. But for many years, and up to recently, stood abandoned, consumed by the jungle, outside the western suburbs of Havana. For more about the story of the schools see revolutionofforms.com. Solás' remarkable, taut, little film nevertheless captures the spirit of utopian optimism that characterized the early years of the Revolution.

Egon Bondy (Zbyněk Fišer) was a poet, philosopher, Marxist, and important figure in 20th-century history. This well-known Prague prominent, who in his heyday famously lived on Nerudova Street, is noted for having led a double life: serving as an informant and frequent collaborator for the state police while also maintaining his position as an influential personality in the Czechoslovak underground. His legacy still carries with it a number of ambiguities, controversies, and prejudices. Some still demand he be condemned for his “ratting on the righteous.” Others stress the importance of his philosophical work, despite his seditious existence. The image of Egon Bondy in this documentary gives a playful nod to this ambivalent interpretation. Creators are frequently attracted to his powerful personality and still work to understand his complex worldview.
