Black and White UCLA Student Film, Preserved by the UCLA Film and Television Archive. An early skateboarding and surf film featuring the Pacific Palisades. A young skateboarder rides down the beach, upsetting passersby with his board. When he makes it to the beach, he steals a surfer's board to catch a few waves. Features several Westside Los Angeles businesses including Westward Ho Market and Big Tom's World of Beers.

Musician Sahib Shihab begins his day playing flute in his apartment and taking a long walk through the inner city of Copenhagen featuring light and shadow, architecture, the people of Copenhagen and beautiful women. He ends his day performing at the jazz club Montmarte. This short film was Annett Wolf’s first short film and was set to music composed by Sahib Shihab.

Early in 1962 Claes Oldenburg offered a remarkable series of ten 'Happenings' in a store on East Second Street in New York City. The audiences were kept small to heighten the intimacy of the experience. What is a 'Happening'? It would seem impossible to describe afterwards. Yet Raymond Saroff compressed the rich and sprawling imagery of each evening-length work to the essential matter in hand, reassembling a visual realization of what was seemingly consigned to the memories of its audience. All the characterizations, the unprepared transitions, the very personal rhythms with something of Saroff's own: the 'Happenings' impact on a sensitive eye, its reduction to a single and coherent point of view. The self-taught nature filmmaker Ingeborg Tölke uses quotes from literary encounters with the flora and fauna of the moor in a gentle approach to this landscape. With great empathy, she uncovers the often all-too-hastily overlooked beauties and cruelties of the place, using time-lapse and macro techniques. Her debut work, which was also amazing in terms of film craft, won several awards.

On February 4, 1961, armed militants attacked the prison and administration posts in Luanda, the capital of Angola; a brutal repression against black populations ensued; at the same time, the long strike of cotton workers in the east of the country was crushed, with napalm bombing. On 15 March, northern bakongos attacked properties and villages, killing hundreds of Portuguese and Angolan with machetes. The independence movements MPLA and UPA supported these actions. Salazar, Head of Government, granted the Defence portfolio and announced his decision to send troops to Angola and STAY in Africa.

The story of a noble man connected between the real world and the fantasy world tells of Prince Indra Panca Sakti dreaming of meeting seven princesses and intending to go on a quest for those with charming beauty and beauty. He also promised not to return to the Shah Alam Palace as long as he could not bring his seven daughters back to be his wife. Beginning with the story of a battle between two Prince Mambang, Mambang Aduka and Mambang Arjuna with Jin Afrit Mata One, the King of Kayangan, the father of seven goddesses decides to throw his seven children to the earth and swears to be pomegranates. The element of love between families is inserted when a sacred pomegranate is met by a woman who has long been married, but is not bestowed with her eyes. She ate the pomegranate finally conceived and gave birth to seven daughters.

Begins with B&W prologue about new female staff at Stock Exchange. In style of dramatic sitcom, about a woman who investigates the stock market and tries to convince her husband to invest.

Norwegian instructional film

This film looks at Nauru in 1962 when it had the highest per-capita income in the world but when the depletion of the country's phosphate resources was already on the horizon meaning the only industry they had, and the only source of foreign investment, was coming to an end. Having become accustomed to the ways of the modern, industrialized world but with no way of supporting themselves how will the Nauruans maintain their lifestyle?

The film about the city of Naujoji Akmenė is regarded as one of the first Lithuanian attempts to liberate itself from the stereotypes of the Soviet documentary. Even though the remnants of the “Socialist prosperity” are clearly perceptible in the movie, the process of directing is obtaining more freedom: the voiceover is losing its canonization, and the power of the narrator is given to the main character, a small child Virginijus.
