Mohan's his youthful bride becomes jealous of his loyalty to his family. Misunderstandings arise to such an extent that Prabha moves out of her home, and back to her mom's. She gives birth to a baby, and not even her husband comes to visit her or to see the baby. But when the infant falls ill, Prabha must set aside her apprehension and learn to trust.

A group of Soviet soldiers stops in a forest near Prague during a break between battles. An elderly soldier named Sherstobitov, who was assigned to go to the unit's headquarters to get mail, meets a Czech girl named Eva. On the way to the unit's location, the soldier would throw away his bicycle, lie down under a tree and sing Czech songs he had recently heard, and the girl would come to listen to them every day. Before leaving for battle again, Sherstobitov gives Eva a piano as a parting gift, which he found in an abandoned house on a nearby farmstead.

Originally commissioned by Truffaut as part of a series of short films based on Edgar Allen Poe's Tales of the Grotesque and Arabesque, it would be a way for New Wave directors to sponsor younger directors. This was the only film in the series completed.

Belgin, the daughter of a wealthy family, moves to a neighborhood for a few months. Here, she will be separated from her fiancé and father for a while. Aiming to gather material for her new novel, Belgin tries to become part of the neighborhood by working as a laborer at her father's factory. Orhan, who works as a driver at the factory, quickly begins to take a liking to Belgin. Although Belgin initially tries to distance herself from Orhan, she eventually begins to get to know him for her novel character. Over time, the relationship between the two turns into love.

The Heroic Lovers from the Tomb was a martial arts movie produced by Hsin Hwa Motion Picture Company in Hong Kong and shot in Taiwan. It tells the story of a gang and two teams of warriors seeking revenge for the murder of their parents. In comparison with The Return of the Condor Heroes written by Jin Yong and published in 1959, it is easy to see the influence of the novel on the film, including the similarities that the disciples are asked to be abstinent, the romance between the hero and the heroine and the Blade-Dance of the Two Lovers.

On his wife Lucy's birthday, sales representative Harry Clayton cannot be with her in their cottage in the country, but is in London on business, where he is staying at the Wilson couple's boarding house. When Lucy calls him in the evening, she tells him that Pointer the woodsman has come by and worked for her in the garden. Harry is worried: the couple had already had a bad experience with Pointer, who was often drunk, and didn't really want to employ him again. Just as Harry and Lucy are about to hang up, Lucy hears a strange noise from outside: apparently someone is on the property. Harry is worried because Lucy is alone in the house and now she remembers that she hasn't locked the back door. As she goes to lock it, the telephone line, which was manually connected by two operators, is disconnected.

Only at a crisis do I see both the scene as I've been trained to see it ( that is, with Renaissance perspective, three-dimensional logic–colors as we've been trained to call a color a color, as so forth) and patterns that move straight out from the inside of the mind through the optic nerves... spots before my eyes, so to speak... and it's very intensive, disturbing, but joyful experience. I've seen that every time a child was born... Now none of that was in WINDOW WATER BABY MOVING; and I wanted a childbirth film which expressed all of my seeing at such a time.

She sees the animals in small cages, unlike the kibbutz monkey, who roams freely and plays with the children, or the pair of porcupines that the children feed with milk from a bowl, and the deer that was adopted and became the friend of the kibbutz’s lamb. There are also turtles, cats, chamalions, and a giant peacock moth in Humit’s kibbutz “zoo,” all of them free to go wherever they like, except for the golden hamster. Bedouins arrived with their herds in the area next to the kibbutz, and the kibbutz children went to watch a camel calf being born.

A little boy is standing on a platform at the railway station in Malmö, looking at a steam locomotive that is going to leave for Simrishamn. The machinery starts moving, passengers board the train. Before the boy enters the car, his mother gives him his bag, hoping he will manage this trip on his own. The boy sits down and starts looking at the other passengers. He picks up his ticket and gives it to the conductor. The stoker shovels more coal into the firebox, while the train passes across the plain outside Lund. Peasants working in the fields look up, and so do various animals along the track. The train makes a short stop to be refilled with water. When it continues, the train driver suddenly sees a cat between the rails. He blows the hooter, but the cat doesn't move. When the train has passed, the cat is still between the rails, but unharmed.
