A young man pretends to be hunchbacked in order to win the approval of a girl’s wealthy and extremely superstitious father. He immediately becomes the idol of his future father-in-law, but in the end, after granting him his daughter’s hand in marriage, the father begins to fear that his grandchildren might be deformed. Only then is the truth revealed to him.

A country road, front-wheel drive. A man, Victor, is waiting. A convertible pulls up. Linda and another man come out. All three take up arms and get into traction to rob Victor's brother-in-law. In their absence, a wanderer from the woods approaches the car. He hides under the back seat cover, when the gangsters come back. Coldly, Linda kills her accomplices to keep the loot. Back in Paris, stripper by profession, she performs her last stripping and returns home. The wanderer was waiting for him. He demands a million from her for her silence.

Thumbelina is born in a calyx. A bumblebee opens the flower and the little one goes on a journey of discovery. She has to hide from a nubile frog in a nut and lands on a water lily leaf. A fish bites through the stem of the leaf. Thumbelina swims down the stream until she is called to dance by a cockchafer. The dance fails and the beetle pushes her off the leaf into the depths. She falls into a spider's web and onto a dandelion. She sails away with an umbrella of seeds and lands on her calyx again. The autumn storm breaks the flower. Thumbelina finds shelter with a field mouse. There she cares for a sick swallow. The mouse wants to marry Thumbelina off to the mole, but the little girl manages to escape with the help of the swallow. They both fly off to the sunny south.

Series of programs broadcast on RAI TV in Italy showing footage shot by Roberto Rossellini in India. Rossellini stayed in India for almost 9 months, refusing to look at famous monuments and rather preferring to take a non-exotic view of India, by looking at lives of common persons. The Indian stay of Roberto led to two works, a documentary film India – Matri Bhumi (1959) and a TV mini-series India vista da Rossellini (India seen by Rossellini, 1959) broadcasted on Italian RAI channel.

Two naive village-bred brothers, Brijpal (Birju) and Rajpal (Raju) decide to re-locate to Bombay city in order to better their lives. On their first day in Bombay, they are robbed of all their money, and forced to seek employment in order to survive. Their efforts at being employed - whether it is working as waiters, polishing shoes, or masseurs - all meet with failure. The brothers decide that honest labor is not for them, and they decide to improve their respective images, and take to crime. They accordingly change their appearance, book a room in an expensive hotel, and start living like rich men. What follows is complete and utter chaos, as the helpless brothers use all their wits to maintain their new status.

Colonel father of Renu (Anita Guha) and Judge father of Vinod (Kishore Kumar) are childhood friends; whose fathers used to be friends. Renu loves Indian music and Vinod is highly influenced with the western music. When Colonel and Judge want to extend their friendship to a relationship; Vinod and Renu realize that they do not love each other and plan to make their parents enemies.But when their plan succeeds they realize that they actually love each other and they now have uphill task to revert the damage they have caused. Enters the Contractor (Om Prakash), who wants his son to marry Renu to his fumbling Son (played by Anoop Kumar) for the wealth of the Colonel. Colonel agrees and it adds to the woes of Vinod and Renu. The rest story is would they succeed in uniting their fathers!
