Newlyweds Tom and Nan Beech have trouble settling into their tiny new apartment, and once they have, they get into an argument that sends Nan storming out. Almost as soon as she is gone, Tom gets word that his uncle will give him 50 thousand dollars if he can prove he is a happily married, successful businessman.

So much so that he finds himself on the verge of ruin and falls prey to Boucherot, a greedy loan-shark who puts pressure on him to marry Yvonne Herbelier. Boucherot is assisted in his undertaking by baroness Pépin, a typical matchmaker. But Robert, who does not know the young lady, shies away from her.

When the family goes sailing to celebrate Alice’s graduation, Søren Hammer and one of his friends follow in the students’ wake. This 1922 film adaptation marks the 100th anniversary of the author’s composition. It was first presented on December 16th 1922 by the Film Mutual Benefit Corporation, an organization for producing motion pictures for the benefit of charity. One-halg of the proceeds was turned over to the America Committee for Devastated France, Inc., and one-half to the Maternity Centre Association of New York. Authentic details of the costumes in the picture are said to have been furnished be the descendants of Dr, Moore living in New York. With the aid of old portraits John Woodford and Marie Olivette were able to appear as veracious reincarnations of Dr. and Mrs. Moore. This 94 year old obscurity, rescued from near oblivion, is supported by an inviting score of such musical miniatures as Pan & The Wood Goblins, Dance of the Icicles, and Entr’acte Gavotte from Minon. The new title cards are complimented by the illustration of the first publication of Moore’s timeless treasure.

A fictional documentary about a winter holiday, told by the family dog. Snow hikes, winter sports, Christmas celebrations, “when Mary comes back from the college for the Holiday Season”. The dog is also wearing ski gear. He has a bulldog friend. Farmer Perkins, a family friend, gives them a ride on his sled. Scenes of various hikes in the snowy landscapes are beautifully tinted and toned.

This is a tale of a cat who eludes a street cop to prey on some mice in a house.

Jerry, a hobo, is chased by a pair of policemen after accidentally interrupting their dice game and later woos a farm girl to get breakfast.

A car salesman dreams he is kidnapped in mistake for his noble double.

Harry Bricourt is wealthy and has a family that loves him above all else. Nevertheless, he can not escape the charms of other women and spends a lot of time at the Moulin Rouge. When his wife catches on to him, a friendly actor couple takes her side and makes sure that all the women who play a role in Harry's life disappear due to supposedly terrible events. Cartellieri makes an excellent figure as the ringleader of this conspiracy and does not let the person to be taught out of the expressive eyes.

An historic pageant was held in Helmond, Netherlands, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Roman Catholic Workmen's Association St. Lambertus.

Shot in the Philips factory that produced glass housings for lightbulbs, Eindhoven, Netherlands. In the factory, dozens of glass blowers can be seen making these glass housings. Two of them even manage to blow and stretch a piece of glass to a length of twenty meters.

"Perhaps this ballet divertissement framed by a chinoiserie is the only trace left of a film en rélief production announced with so much fanfare and national (French) pride. The Parolini procedure did not result in a 3D film, but seems – if one reads the description in “Cinémiroir” of 28 July 1922 correctly – to have been a stage device based on semi-transparent screens and lightning. Stéphane Passet, the director of Rêve d’opium, worked since 1912 for Albert Kahn’s Archives de la Planète and went on missions all over the world; from two trips to China he brought back over seven hundred autochromes. The chinoiserie is therefore not by chance. After the war, he left Archives de la Planète for 10 years. During this period he made at least two 3D fiction films: La Belle au bois dormant (using the Parolini method) and La Damnation de Faust (using his own method). He remained in contact with Jean Brunhes, scientific director of Archives de la Planète." Mariann Lewinsky

Servant Eeva promises to marry her childhood friend, tailor Aapeli, via letter, but withdraws after meeting the man. Though mostly preserved, the film is partially lost.

Bamboche threw his wife in the water. She's not dead and re-married with Dartès under an alias. Dartès himself goes under the name of one of Bamboche's friend's. The bigamist wife then falls in love with another man : Dr Verdier, who loves Mariette, a sweet girl who turns out to be the child Dartès abandoned long ago.

A bird awakens to his alarm clock and takes a bath. A cat stalks him for a bit, then goes to bother the old farmer. The farmer is going fishing, and has no time for him, though. The man jumps in his boat, but the cat follows him to harass him.
