An Aesop's Fables Studio cartoon.

A short comic children's film about a boy and a girl who experience all manner of adventures with a dog, a horse, a monkey, and other animals. A boy and a girl experience all manner of adventures, sometimes together, and other times alone. The boy is driven around by a “dog car”, and the girl rides on a horse, along with a monkey. A group of monkeys play baseball, and a hunter is chased by a bear in the forest. The two children narrowly escape from a burning barn with the help of some animals, where they were playing cowboys and Indians.

In this fantasy, a mechanical lighting apparatus causes jealousy among the matches and they decide to strike The apparatus is put out of commission and then the smoker resorts to the old reliable match, only to find that the boxes are empty. After vigorously declaring their disapproval of lighting machines, the matches return to their respective boxes and are willing to be "struck."

A woman receives a letter that fills her with joy, causing her husband to suspect that she has a lover. When the woman practices acting with a dressed mannequin, her husband catches her and tackles the doll. When the truth turns out to be the letter from the “Bunkham Film School” in Boston and her textbook “How to be a movie star”, everything is forgiven and forgotten.

An episode of a series of short French films dedicated to the representation of picturesque locations. This time the Pyrenees are starring, with their landscapes and, especially, local people, who smile and sketch out a few dance steps, showing off their traditional costumes. The strength of the film is, above all, the awesome pochoir coloration. Each color was applied on the print through a complex stencil system.
