Inspired by bright and sunny gay romantic comedies, Jeffrey’s Hollywood Screen Trick brings fifty anatomically-exceptional “Billy dolls” to life through stop-motion animation on 35mm film.

A film about Andy Warhol's extended family, whom he never met, from rural Slovakia. The film follows the filmmakers as they travel through eastern Slovakia to interview Warhol's surviving relatives, ethnic-Ruthenians living near the Polish border in Miková, and to visit the Andy Warhol Museum of Modern Art in Medzilaborce. The museum is shown to be in a poor state, with the museum director and staff openly soliciting donations from the viewer and giving out the museum's bank account details.

Unfinished Song stars Ali-Reza Anoushfar as Farhad, a young musicologist who returns to his birthplace, Iran's Khorasan province, to record and preserve the region's traditional folk songs. When he gets there, he discovers that of the region's once-rich musical tradition, only a few songs are still performed, mainly because women are banned from singing. He also finds out about a woman named Heyran (Ghogha Bayat) who has been imprisoned for that very reason and he becomes determined to find her and record her voice. His meetings with her in jail open up another mystery that connects his family to hers and reveals how her steadfast love of music has doomed her to a life of persecution.

Veteran experimental artist Peter Rose’s Omen richly alternates highly treated images of the natural world and of the human, built environment – both streams shrouded in dread. Where nature often appears scarred by the passing shadows of civilisation, the built structures are dark, subterranean passages intermittently illuminated by a skittering torch.

Four good friends remain in touch after graduating from high school. Life has taken them down very different paths, yet every year they find time to leave city life behind and travel to the countryside to reminisce about their shared memories. After setting up camp, a Serbian barge moors next to the island, carrying Predrag, an experienced sailor. When one of the boys accuses him of stealing his fishing rod, tempers flare: one night, they kidnap the man and begin to interrogate him. The conflicts between the good friends become increasingly apparent, and old grievances that had been suppressed come to the surface...

"This is a work of fiction but everything in it is based on real events." About the journey of an African sculpture, beginning in Cameroon in 1904. The film then traces what happens to the sculpture in Paris in 1907 and 1917, Berlin in 1933, and New York in 1948. The sculpture finally ends up in a museum in 1970.

The film follows five dancers on an all-white, moving set. At first they wear highly stylised, predominantly white costumes before switching to all-white leotards and coloured cellophane headdresses with matching extensions on each of their fingers. As in many of her films, the artist used an anamorphic lens, resulting in a long rectangular view that constitutes a radial crop of the spherical restaurant space. The single shot was filmed late in the afternoon of the 12 October 2000, during the period when day turns to night, thus recording the slowly changing light at the same time as the thirty-minute rotation of the restaurant. As colours in the sky fade before deepening and blackening, the restaurant interior fluctuates between visibility and obscurity until the fluorescent lights are switched on, transforming the window surfaces from transparent glass to reflecting screens. With the onset of evening, diners appear and music is played for them on an electrical organ.
