This film is a study on the relationship between the tribal and the bamboo as a relationship from birth to death. It investigates further into the flowering of bamboo in Manipur and Mizoram which has got environmental, economic and political dimensions.

A gunman is a skilled assassin who kills a cash robber. With an unbelievable bounty on his head, his next target is a serial killer called "The Reaper". But when he finally confronts the Reaper, he is immortal and does not die, even with a windpipe in his chest, while the gunman is cornered and on the verge of disaster. With the help of his friends, he manages to turn the tables and blows up the 'Reaper' with dynamite, but the 'Reaper' still does not die. As a last resort, the gunfighter delivers a desperate blow that somehow ends the Reaper's life. The gunman then leaves without a trace.

Interlocutions literally means "a conversation" and "dialogue". This video however presents ten short statements that are juxtaposed onto the bodies that are in slow motion. Thus the image and the fragmented conversations are disrupted and removed from the body. The only interlocutor, an old armchair, remains at the center of the black videotaped background. Its ambiguous presence seems to psychologically question the minimal movements performed by the subjects.

With the extraordinary material and intelligence support of the head of the secret service, P. L. Berija, Soviet scientists gained an American lead. Secret American studies have saved them several years of work. Kurchatov and his people were lucky, not only scientific and technological, but also human. Success in Stalin's empire was rewarded with orders, dachas and cars, failure was considered betrayal ...
