A mix of characters and actions create only a semblance of a plot in this confusing tale of intrigue, undefined crimes, and incest. A newspaper reporter is working on a story about a criminal serving time in jail. He interviews the prisoner, has an affair with the criminal's daughter, and also spends some time in bed with his editor's wife. His amorous life is an adjunct to his searching out the details of the prisoner's case -- though tragedy strikes before the journalist can wrap everything up. In the meantime, it becomes clear that the daughter and imprisoned father had an incestuous relationship, raising more questions than answers.

Shyama is an orphaned young woman who lives with her aunt, uncle and several cousins, two of who are girls of marriageable age. Her passion is dancing, which is frowned upon by her uncle and aunt. Crestfallen, she returns home and sleeps outside the door as it was very late. The next day her aunt finds out about her overnight excursion and beats her up severely, followed by another beating by her uncle. Humiliated, she decides to run away with Gopal to another town in order to learn dancing at the hands of well-known Guru Kishinchand Sharma. They do find Kishin, who initially rejects them, but relents when he witnesses Shyama abilities.

With his body now devoid of substance and able to fly, N. wanders looking for a way to return to life and reintegrate into the world.

During the summer holidays, the children's company gathers around the Rhine, but the curious boy Kārlis stays alone. The girl Herta comes from Riga to visit her relatives. About Aborigines and Australian politics. On 13 March 1978 the Queensland Government announced its intention to take over management of the Aurukun Aboriginal Reserve from the Uniting Church. The people of Aurukun complained bitterly, believing that the Church was more sympathetic to their aims and fearing that the State was merely seeking easier access to the rich bauxite deposits on their Reserve. But Young-ja, ashamed of her husband's position, lies at her school reunion that Byung-tae has just been promoted to an executive director. On her birthday, he returns home late and they fight. Later, she finds out that he must entertain clients by drinking endlessly and she feels sorry for him. Byung-tae despairs of his life of drinking late hours almost every night. But seeing people jogging in the early morning hours inspires him to push on.

'Tup-Akka-Lakko' is a sequel to 'Koeputkiaikuinen ja Simon enkelit' in which doctor Jyrä invented a test-tube-adult who looked exactly like Mutikainen, a mathematician. When the test-tube-adult's body emerged, his voice moved into Mutikainen's body because of the doctor's error. Problems ensue.

In this animated short the artist tells the story of an Inuit hunter who clubs a seal pup on the ice and then later dies himself. The film's ethereal images are created and transformed in sand.

The story tells of the experiences of a journalist who has been slandered. Abdullah works as the editor-in-chief at his father-in-law's newspaper. In his latest articles, he exposes the illegal activities of several companies. As a result, many companies file lawsuits against the newspaper. They withdraw their advertisements from the newspaper. Enraged by this situation, Hayri Bey fires his son-in-law Abdullah. He appoints Abdullah's closest friend Yusuf as editor-in-chief. That same evening, Hayri Bey is murdered. The police suspect Abdullah, whose relationship with his father-in-law was strained, and arrest him. Yusuf, who believes Abdullah is innocent, will try to get his friend out of jail.
