In the meantime, Teixeirinha relives the suffering of when he lost his mother and appeals to faith. He consults a spiritual healer who says that a kind woman with a beautiful smile could help him. Immersed in so many memories, he goes to the Sanctuary of Fatima in Portugal to see if he can find the path to Mary's cure.

In Filmmakers' Monthly, Edgar Daniels described GRAIN GRAPHICS as a structural film "which begins with two frames of a film strip, one above the other, occupying the middle of the screen, flanked by two vertical filmstrips with smaller frames. In grainy negative, a small number of figures interact in various ways in each of the frames. Gradually, as if the camera were drawing away, this pattern grows smaller and its units increase correspondingly in number, until at the end there appear to be hundreds of rectangles, all with figures busy in motion.” Preserved by the Academy Film Archive in 2012.

From 1974 to 1977, Lucas Vereertbrugghen and his crew filmed anonymously under the name 'The Present as History' in Nazareth, Acre, and Galilee, where Palestinians lived in bleak conditions. They also filmed in the occupied territories of Jerusalem and Ramallah and, with the help of a friendly Palestinian couple, in several destroyed villages in the Golan Heights and Gaza. Everything was shot on Super 8, both for financial reasons and to preserve secrecy. The film was later converted to 16 mm and won a bronze medal at the Baghdad Festival in 1978.

This is a personal and family film that documents the early years of the author's daughter, Aiñari Indacochea von Mollendorff. Filming began in 1972, when his wife, the choreographer Yvonne von Mollendorff, was still pregnant, and was completed in 1978 when his daughter was four years old. Aiñari's early life is recorded on video and superimposed to create a dialogue between different time periods. The expressions of wonder, emotion, and joy on the four-year-old girl's face, reflecting on her own growth, are juxtaposed with images of her as a younger child with her mother.

The film is constructed as a pro-NATO film and we watch as the AMF protect ministers, clear left-wing demonstrations, do sight-seeing in Copenhagen, and we are shown scenes from a NATO-performance in the Grey Hall.
