As Baeklim University professor Heinrich Park studies the monsters, he discovers that the monsters are receiving orders from someone through artificial brains which have been implanted in each monster. Professor Park develops a gamma ray in order to defeat the monsters, but Spectre, an international crime syndicate, has other plans. Directed by Yu-soo Yong, the film is a representative work from Korea's animation boom period.

Still photography, live action, interviews, old etchings and archive footage of old train journeys are skilfully blended to create a sympathetic and humorous portrait of the romance of an old steam train and the joy of artists and the general public in participating in this children's game for adults. Once again, the avant-garde is imaginatively used to eulogise over traditional values and the past. The film tells the story of Murat, who wants to take revenge on those who killed his son. Murat has just been released from prison. His son Zeki has fallen into the trap of those who lure young people into drugs and alcohol. Murat prevents his son from going to these places and ensures that he leads a decent life. However, Zeki's past catches up with him. Taş, the ruler of the market, finds and kills Zeki. Murat is determined to find Taş and take revenge for his son, no matter what. Taş kills the men who led Murat to him and frames Murat for the crime. Murat must fight both Taş's men and the police.
