The documentary is divided into three large segments, which ironically about the "press of the movement"

A camera records the last moments in the life of a seagull on a polluted beach.

Taoist spiritual leader Jang-jung doubts fidelity of his wife Geun-hwa and comes back home from a mountain. However, nothing happened to her. As Jang-jung dies suddenly, Geun-hwa falls into deep sorrow. Cho-u who is a student of Jang-jung appears to condole her. Geun-hwa and Jang-jung become lovers and at the moment when they make love, Cho-u falls down and becomes ill. Geun-hwa hears that he needs a brain for cure. So she opens up Jang-jung's coffin. To her surprise, Jang-jung wakes up and Geun-hwa dies of shock. Jang-jung regrets his doubt toward his wife.

"...Nekes retreats behind his film. What is left is a double portrait, in which neither Dore 0. nor the grand landscape remain unchanged. The cold of the icy coastline - long shots of stones, snow and the sea - dwindles away before the image of Dore 0. Solitude is superflous, when the grandiose mountain meadow invites somersaults. ... In this case Nekes handles what he shows considerately. He releases the objects he portrays. He allows them to unfold. And so model and patterns actually serve another purpose: to let poetry grow, and energy and beauty and confidence nell'abbandono."

Semi-autobiographical movie about a life of a man under the number "44". He experiences bureaucracy, abusive step-parents, and oppression from the government and society. In the end, he tries to get away to the "lost paradise".

Landow rejects the dream imagery of the historical trance film for the self-referential present, using macrobiotics, the language of advertising, and a speed-reading test on the definition of hokum. The alienated filmmaker appears, running uphill to distance himself from the lyrical cinema, but remember, "This is a film about you, not about its maker."

A documentary produced by Hanna/Barbera, where teens talk about their use of drugs, and the sense of hopelessness that led them there.

Yet despite Peter and Buddy's relationship disintegrating right before our eyes, the party will be a smashing success - especially their inevitable end-of-the-romance tussle on the floor. Described by many as a low-budget version of "The Boys In The Band".

The short film shows real footage of the city of London and the area around the River Thames. The commentary is spoken by a member of the London Water Police in German with an English accent. Together with the commentator, the viewer takes part in a boat trip on the Thames, which begins above London and then shows the western suburbs, the government district, the West End, the south bank of the Thames, the city and the harbor area of the metropolis.

Kurt Rosenthal has animated 102 abstract landscape drawings made by Werner Nöfer as frames for this film in such a way that they take on a continual travelling motion, varying the order and detail shown. When the movement – and the accompanying motor noise – stop, the film strip itself becomes the subject of the film. In Oberhausen in 1971, the film was counted as being among the ‘Trip’ films.

A friendly game of strip poker evolves into four horny ladies takes turns trying, without success, to turn on a poor schlemiel whose ineptitude extends beyond card-playing.

The frame is divided (softly) into quadrants, and the camera is panned back and forth with varying sections exposed.

This short, cut-out animation was made by elementary school children at Clark School in St. Louis, MO.

Wladimir Iljitsch Uljanow Lenin (1970) is an East German documentary directed by Annelie and Andrew Thorndike. The film explores the life and legacy of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, the leader of the Bolshevik Revolution and the founding head of government in Soviet Russia. Through a blend of archival footage and scenes from feature films, it examines Lenin’s revolutionary impact on Russian and global history. Produced by DEFA, the documentary offers an East German perspective on Lenin’s contributions to socialist ideology and statecraft, reflecting on his lasting influence on Soviet politics. The film was released in East Germany on April 17, 1970.

It shows the valiant struggle of revolutionary young people who are fighting to keep people fleeing from their homeland due to the persuasion of the opponents of the revolution.

Gorgeous Lisa Laine is fighting a frigidity complex and gives herself to any man. Martha, her lovable roommate, is more discriminating. A very intimate story of two amazingly beautiful girls and their search for love.

A fraternity pledge is forced to do a hazing ritual, dressing as a woman for a half hour in a park, only to learn that women receive a lot of harassment. A religious nut, a female pimp, a john, and finally a pushy sailor harass him. When the sailor can't take no for an answer, and follows the pledge home--he turns the tables with unexpected results.

Park House was a school for juvenile delinquents, with strict rules and punishments. In 1970 it dispensed with such rules and reverted back to its Saxon name of Peper Harow. Man Alive investigates whether the changes have been positive.

The "theme," a seven-second loop-painting (actually closer to eight), is repeated seven times in succession before the title appears. Then, using an optical printer, the variations start. After each variation the original theme is repeated once. The variations involve step-printing, repetitions and optical manipulations. They very closely follow the original theme.

"Fill is my first video; the monitor becomes a picture-sound box. The screen is filled by laying sheets of aluminum foil on a microphone and wrapped one at a time and then unwrapped. The audio implodes during the wrapping and explodes as the sheets are pulled away from the microphone. Besides the obvious reading of physical filling, the title also refers to filling time or a 'filler' between television shows."- Askevold

The film devoted to Tadeusz Borowski's work has the form of a multi-part suite consisting of very short episodes, in which the fragments and poems read by Borowski are accompanied by photographs from the Auschwitz camp, reproductions of Andrzej Wróblewski's paintings, film archival and contemporary photographs. He presents Borowski's work in an extremely emotional way in the context of the artist's stay in the concentration camp, showing the influence of this experience on Borowski's writing and on the vision of the fate of his generation.

PROOF is a film so personal that it approaches therapy, but there are certain Devensky preoccupations which become readily apparent to everyone familiar with his work. Perhaps the finest sequence is the investigation of fifty-year-old tombstones in a Jewish cemetary - a scene which bears close resemblance to Devensky's scrutinizing of photographs in other films. Indeed, many of the graves bear photographs of their inhibitants and Devesky imbues the scene with that same romantic nostalgia... PROOF closes with a 2001-style light show and a direct statement of Devensky's evolutionary theory"

An experimental film with no plot. Consists mostly of static shots portraying train wagons. The word COMPOSITION in Serbian has a triple meaning here – a train composition, composition of a shot, and music composition. Regarding the third meaning, the “soundtrack” of the film is a 5 second loop that keeps repeating itself over and over again.

Six films by photographer Paul Nadar in 1896 were combined into a program in 1970 by the Cinemathèque Francaise. It contains four dance routines and two Paris-based actualities.
