The theme of this film is the children's view on the destruction of a working-class area. The loss, for them of the dilapidated alleyways and waste ground where they met up and played. Their anger, their futile revolt against the demolition workers only serve to confirm their powerlessness and status as social outcasts.

A live-action film of a rare sea creature. The tiny transparent life form (only 5/8″ high) has only rarely been observed in its natural habitat. The remarkable Eames macro-photography provides an intimate view of the animal and demonstrates the creature’s symmetrical shape and its movement in the water.

The White Hare of Inaba is a film directed by Katō Yoshihiro, a central member of Zero Jigen, with cinematography by the filmmaker Ōe Masanori. Drawing on the Japanese myth of the white hare of Inaba, it presents a white hare (i.e. woman) leaping across waters full of ferocious sharks (i.e. male-dominated society), presenting a vision for a new era while capturing on film the joy of human beings’ inherent Eros and a new mode of “family” that breaks free of feudalistic social constraints.

The story of a man who, years later, reunites with his wife, whom he had kicked out of his home as a result of slander, when she becomes his son's teacher.

Students seeking greater control over the hiring of faculty occupy the offices of the Political Science Department at McGill University. The film crew lives with the students and follows their action through confusion, argument, dissent, and negotiations with faculty. The result is an intimate view of a student political action.

Thanks to the complicity of his friend Laura, Jo, sentenced to 20 years in prison, escapes from the central prison. Hiding in an old disused mill, Jo sends his young friend to a certain Freddy, gangster and nightclub owner in Pigalle, who owes his freedom to Jo's silence. But Freddy sends two of his henchmen to the mill where Jo is hiding, to kill her.

A woman commits suicide after her fiance has deserted her. Youth rescues her, and with his affections, she forgets her fiance. However, when he intends to marry the young woman, her unfaithful fiance returns.

In this documentary, the wilds of Baja California, Mexico, Oregon, British Columbia and Alaska are shown as big gamer hunter Arthur R. Dubs tracks horned sheep and a polar bear in the North American wilderness, along the way seeing wild stallions, frolicking bear cubs, herds of elk and mule deer.

A conclusion and recapitulation of the Eryngium cycle, Coda deals directly with the theme of self-portraiture. The first shot alludes to the end of Erichvon Stroheim's Foolish Wives, where the corpse of the hero-director is dispatched in a man-hole. Other dramatic self-portraits follow: Caravaggio's Goliath, Dante's Sestina (read by the film-maker), and Dürer's Self-portrait with Eryngium. The abandoned villa of Migrazione is revisited. But the finale is hopeful.
