Ayşim, who graduated from the boarding school she attended fourteen years ago, faints when she returns home. Dr. Tarık, who comes to the house to examine her, says that Ayşim needs attention. The people living in the house try to be kind to the young girl. However, Ömer, the head of the household, is not happy about Ayşim's return. Ömer's constant attempts to belittle Ayşim begin to unsettle everyone in the house. Ayşim, who is trying to adjust to life at home, begins to realize that the others are hiding something from her.

"I was interested by the fact that some old guy, after the Parthenon’s glamour, devoted himself in a much smaller temple, where there was no white marble, no nothing. All Greek temples are dedicated to Apollo etc, and this particular one was not dedicated to anyone and is in a place where there never was a city nearby, in a kind of wasteland, in a ditch. But, just by going up a bit –you are in the centre of Peloponissos- on a clear day, you can see the sea on both your left and right. I went back there, at least six, seven or eight times, as if I wanted to think or find myself. So, at the temple in Bassae, I made a short 10 minute film and I was lucky enough to encounter two days of clouds and mist between the columns."

Archie is the 1964 unsold pilot based on the Archie comic book series. Sree Guruvayoorappan is a 1964 Indian Malayalam film, directed by S Ramanathan and produced by K S Ganapathy. The film stars Kaduvakulam Antony, Thikkurissi Sukumaran Nair, Kamala and Kedamangalam Sadanandan in lead roles. The film had musical score by V Dakshinamoorthy.
