Cinematic Era: 1953 Vintage

The film presents the wildlife of the Gemenc flood area sanctuary, arranging the episodes of each selected species into little etudes: how the fox steals the chicken from the pen, how the roused deer flees jumping across a huge abyss, how the sturgeon sticks to the bottom of the water, how the adoption of an orphaned fawn takes place. Wildlife is wound into striking novellas by shedding light on the inner life of the forest’s inhabitants.

Woody Woodpecker is watching a wrestling match on TV. It's "Precious Percy" (Woody's favorite) versus his opponent, "Bull Dozer". Eventually, Woody's dog gets overexcited and inadvertently wrecks his TV set, forcing to Woody to watch the match in person at the arena. While in the audience, he often helps Percy win the match through underhanded tactics. However, when Bull still defeats Percy, Woody decides to take on Bull all by himself.

Popeye and Olive are at a bullfight selling snacks. When toreador Bluto throws the bull, Olive falls for him.

The Terry Bears have trouble hibernating when the radiator breaks. The trouble increases when Papa Bear decides not to send for a pluber and to fix the radiator himself. The Cubs try to help but they break the water valve and flood the house. Papa nearly freezes in his attempts but the Cubs save him and fix the pipes.

Burrito and Manolin defend their ranch against the cattle rustlers, Lios and Chente. A neighboring pig farmer named Don Inocente refuses to join their cause in the name of neutrality. In disguise, the cattle rustlers befriend Don Inocente, rob him of his pigs, and then use his farm as a means to sneak into the undefended side of Burrito and Manolin’s ranch. Once again, Burrito and Manolin stop the villians and come to the rescue of the unsuspecting neutral character. In this clip, Lios and Chente spy on their intended victim, Don Inocente.

Suparto is a middle-ranked officer who is moved to Jakarta. In the city, he meets Harjiman, the licensing importer. Then Harjiman introduces him to Roostinah whose task is to seduce Suparto for help in securing the import licenses. Suparto's wife, Sulastri, comes to Jakarta when she hears about her husband's unfaithfulness. Then Suparto realizes that Roostinah is sent to seduce him, but when he returns to Sulastri, she rejects him. His crime is discovered and Suparto is sent to prison. When he completes his sentence, Suparto joins the migration to Sumatra. Then Sulastri accepts him again.

"Spy Heart" - A fisherman is seduced by a young spy who has helped his brother, blind from birth, to get a job as a singer on the radio. But the young man is not satisfied with that relationship and regrets the girlfriend he had. A great emotion returns the sight to the brother and the fisherman, moved and repentant, returns to his ancient love.

A rich industrialist, Prabhu runs a factory along with his son Ravi. However, Vikraman, Prabhu's crooked nephew tries to manipulate Prabhu's wealth and defames his family.

A viscount is ruined and wants to commit suicide. A young noceur pursued by his creditors is to inherit 60 million on condition that he marries a widow. The latter proposes to the former to do him the favor of marrying his mistress before committing suicide in order to fulfill the conditions of the will, while marrying the woman he likes. But once married, the viscount regains a taste for life. Everything will work out in everyone's best interests.

He becomes a supporter of the new U.S. Constitution, then a delegate to his state ratifying convention. The film sketches the reasons for the Constitutional Convention, the debates in Philadelphia, and the structure of the federal government. It was created for foreign audiences.

Ray Medford, newly elected class president and star of the debate team, is used to winning. But when he unexpectedly loses a speaking competition to Marilyn Jackson—a classmate he once coached—Ray struggles with disappointment and considers quitting before the state championship. The film asks whether Ray, and those around him, are handling the loss the right way.
