William Henry Skinner's young wife has great confidence in her husband's abilities and is ambitious for his success. He informs her of his importance at the office; but in reality he is an insignificant employee on a small salary, and when refused a raise, he hasn't the courage to tell his wife. Distressed at her husband's shabby appearance, "Honey" persuades him to buy a dress suit, and at a charity bazaar she pushes him to the front so that he dominates the affair and comes to the attention of the dignitaries. Skinner forces himself upon the attention of his employer and the employer's chief rival, whose admiration he wins when he bluffs him out of a poker pot. In spite of Skinner's efforts to prevent it, the rival companies are consolidated; and impressed by his spirit and enthusiasm, his superiors promote him to sales manager.

The desperate captives have no idea where to get so many things so fast. A magician hears their weeping. He conjures them two beetles who get them everything the cannibals crave. Felix wonders at this and the beetles confess to owning the Brouk and Babka department stores where everything is available.

It is a separate short film made using unused scenes in "Les Mystères du Château de Dé".

A boy is sitting at a table, writing a letter for Boris Prutkov. The cartoon follows the journey of this letter from Rostov to Leningrad, where its addressee Prutkov has just left for Berlin; when the letter arrives in Berlin, Prutkov has just departed for London; as the letter arrives in London, Prutkov is already on a steamboat to Brazil, and once the letters is delivered by postman Don Basilio, Prutkov is already on his way back to Leningrad– where the letter, having followed Prutkov around the world, finally reaches him. The film sings a song of praise to the global postal services and to the reliability of the postmen, but it also tells the story of a journey around the world, returning once more to the new Soviet capital: Leningrad.

This film tells the story of a nyai (mistress) who becomes famous after the publication of a book in 1896, and then popularized through theatre and the traditional performance of lenong. Dasima, a girl who is originally from Kuripan, Bogor, is married to an Englishman named Edward William. From Tangerang, she later moves to Batavia (Jakarta). She becomes well known for her beauty and wealth. One of her suitors is Samiun who is married to Hayati. Dasima is persuaded by Mak Buyung to leave her "master". But when she becomes Samiun's second wife, she is neglected.
