It features a test broadcast from the BBC 2.L.O. studios, Savoy Hill, London. Artists appearing include Iris White, Eddie Morris, The Dancing Radios, and, uncredited, the comedian Tommy Handley.

Peter Vernon's mother dies and he is adopted by a squatter, Kingston, whose son, Philip, is Peter's age. The two grow up and fall in love with the same girl, Marie.

We are introduced to the cartoon characters in the studio and the artist looking over a land map and the artist advises Dinky that he has purchased some land in Florida. Dinky volunteers to locate the property and the artist draws an imaginary airship in which Dinky and his sidekick, Weakheart, go exploring. They finally find the lot which the artist bought under the North Pole and they bring the pole back as evidence of its' location. The Eskimo Cop, who has been guarding the pole sneaks into it and comes along and in a terrific encounter between the cop and the artist, the artist is vanquished and the cop vanishes into thin air.

Max Fleischer is going to a shooting gallery, so he practices on Koko and Fitz, sending them both to Paradise in this slightly erratic but funny cartoon.

Begins with a shot of Jerry running along in a park - there is real action footage behind him. M/S of the artist Sid Griffiths having a snooze beside an easel with a piece of paper attached. We see Jerry running along again. He says: "Me for home and a good dinner!" Sid wakes up and rubs his eyes. Words appear on the screen: "Jerry's dinner time, I'll give him some bones."

King Ferdinand of Sodonje (King Ferdinand Saronoff) is threatened with an attack. When a tourist who resembles him shows up at the palace, the king suggests that they switch clothes with each other. The fake king signs a document, and thereby signs his own death sentence. He manages to avoid the firing squad just in time, and asks for his own clothes back, but the real king refuses.

Jack Lane is returning from the East after an unsuccessful attempt to obtain a loan to pay off the mortgage on his father's ranch. On the train, he meets Ellen Rand, who is smitten at the sight of her first real cowboy. Later he learns that she is the nurse who is to care for his paralytic father, growing weaker at the prospect of losing his ranch. Jack plans to enter the local rodeo to earn the money, though Morton Kane, who holds the mortgage and has secretly discovered oil on the ranch, plots with his son Ross to keep him from the events.

In order to avoid ending up at the poorhouse, five orphaned children tries to make the best of their lives.

Irène Sorbier sacrifices her honor to save her father from ruin. A few months afterwards,she meets a charming young man named André Varennes and they both take a fancy towards each other. On their wedding night, Irène confesses her past to André who leaves her. The meet again after a year and Irène gets to explain and plead her case. Although André forgives her, he leaves for a cruise on his yacht alone. She tries to follow him on a small boat but a storm capsizes it and André rescues his wife that he has always loved.

His ears have disappeared. He shakes his head and looks puzzled. He has an idea - he picks up two spiky plants and sticks them on his head instead of ears.

Snub comes to town with his pet duck where people think that he has struck oil at home, and so is briefly pursued by the young women, before settling on Thelma Daniels.
