About the awakening of self-awareness in a Muslim woman. The first years of Soviet power in Central Asia. They want to give the Sagadat girl to the rich old man Ahmet-bay. For resistance, her father locks her in a closet. Umar, the girl's lover, helps her escape. In the final, Sagadat goes to study in Moscow. The film has not been preserved.

Resentful college graduate Eagle Eye, disguises himself as a white man and persuades James Harbison to create a new breed of cattle by crossing cows with bison. The first of the strain, a wild bull called Diablo, escapes from Harbison's ranch and goes to Skull Mountain, headquarters of a band of savage Indians led by Eagle Eye and dedicated to the destruction of the white man. Eagle Eye trains the bull to lead away the rancher's cattle and to gore anyone who attempts to stop him. Dan Allen is sent by the government to investigate and goes to the Harbison ranch, where he falls in love with Eleanor, the rancher's pretty daughter.

The film was divided into three episodes set in different eras. The first featured scenes from the life of Saint Rose of Lima, “evoked by a lovely young lady from Lima, whose name we will keep secret.” These were recreations of the saint's life in the style of tableaux vivants. The second episode included documentary footage of a pilgrimage to the town of Santa Rosa de Quives, “with the presence of the Most Illustrious Archbishop of Lima on screen.” The third and final segment featured images filmed at the Quinta de Presa. These scenes depicted colonial festivities, with a profusion of figures in period costumes.

Dr. Jacob Sarnoff of the Long Island (NY) Medical College uses drawings, diagrams, animation and cadaver dissection to show the workings of the human body, including digestive tract, examples of the heart in action and explanations of the functions and purposes of the respiratory and circulation systems.

The beginnings of radio broadcasting in Sweden.

A grand parade of locomotives to celebrate 100 years of railways and the world’s first passenger trains. In 1825 George Stephenson made and drove the first passenger locomotive. In 1925 the London and North Eastern Railway presented a historical parade and tableaux to illustrate the subsequent development of the railways. Debenhams of York were commissioned to record the proceedings, making this film record a candidate for one of the earliest films sponsored by a railway company. This version is complete with its original tints, meaning that for the first time in decades the film can be seen as Debenhams had originally intended.

Bonzo, a mischievous dog, takes the place of Toby in a Punch and Judy show. Bonzo's Pekinese sweetheart, Cheekee, is captivated by the acrobatics of Toby in a Punch and Judy show. Bonzo, jealous, reads a book on acting, then lures Toby into a public house.

Bonzo sees a cat burglar on his roof and helps a policeman capture him.

An Aesop’s Film Fables cartoon.

Two small films advertising the Copenhagen-based department store Magasin du Nord. The first presents a fashion show comprising what are presumably dresses from the store’s Model Salon. The second is a short film featuring Peter and Ping, two well-known characters created by cartoonist Storm P., visiting various departments in the store. (Stumfilm.dk)

Millionarie Ratanlal is an old man without an heir. He marries the rich, Western-educated Mohini. He has two managers, the sincere and faithful Dhairyadhar and the Anglicised crook Manhar. Mohini, bored with her marriage, falls in love with Manhar who embezzles Rs. 50,000 from Ratanlal's office and frames Dhairyadhar for the crime, who is imprisoned. Mohini's affair with Manhar develops and they decide to eliminate old man Ratanlal...

"The plot of the film, although it has no local color, as it would have been to our liking, is something very human that happens quite frequently in this century full of vanities, of a life of useless sacrifices to appear to have a wealth that one is far from possessing". In this small film, prominent Danish artist, actor and cartoonist Storm P advertises CLOC Liqueur. An animated sequence also shows a man drinking coffee; he only starts smiling when the black gold is followed by a generous drop of liquor. (stumfilm.dk)
