Conceived as a “song cycle” in ten distinct but interrelated parts, The Genome Chronicles is organised by music from a variety of genres such as Tibetan chants, Indian Ghazals and post-punk noise pieces. The film uses this montage of sounds to explore overlapping concerns on the ethics of image making, on legacy and inheritance and on the unspoken perils of patrimony and kinship.

Back in hte Middle age, the templars caught a young girl who looks a lot like Miranda, and when she is about to be sacrificed, a group of villagers kills the templars, hanging their leader. But, before dying, she swears to come back...

Sanjay (Sivaji) loves an NRI girl Sravya (Kaveri Jha). She invites Sanjay for a holiday along with their family in Bangkok. While travelling to Bangkok his bag is exchanges with that of Tyson (Brahmanandam) who is carrying heads of seven people. The rest of the story is all about how Sanjay comes out clean to prove his innocence in front of Sravya’s parents. Analysis: First half of the film is mediocre. Second half is pathetic. The title Naa Girl Friend Baga Rich is not related to the story. It is a crime thriller narrated with dark humor. The director fails in selecting wrong Hollywood film (8 heads in a duffel bag (1997)) to remake in Telugu and falters in a big way. On a whole, NGFBR is a pathetically made film with unappealing content.

Joz's work also suffers as a result, and he is suspended, with Simon taking over the case. Nevertheless, Joz continues his investigation. He discovers that Carmen's brother Steve, who has been arrested, is innocent, and frees him. Out of jealousy, he attacks Carmen. Carmen's friends arrange for Joz and Steve to flee abroad. Ultimately, it turns out that Lisa committed the murder because her husband Koen (Kurt Rogiers) had been a client of Maria's. She shoots Joz.

The project Places that do not Exist (Goggle Earth 1.0) consists of a series of portraits and films of places which do not appear on Google Earth, which we travelled to in order to document their true appearance through vid- eos and photographs, which in the installation were then contrasted with the false vision which we see on Google Earth. These were military grounds and training camps, govern- ment buildings, natural parks where speculators have constructed illegal apartment blocks, nudist beaches... in Spain, Colombia, Ecuador, Russia and Australia. The catalogue of land- scapes which, for various reasons, Google Earth glosses over is endless and often very surprising. The project therefore confronts this unrealistic and yet supposedly objective view of Google Earth from a realistic (yet nevertheless subjective) point of view of the ground-level images we have of these places which, in spite of eve- rything, do exist.
