But this does not happen and they will soon find themselves in the alternative of having to get rid of a body that has become apparent evidence of a crime. During the long night the ghosts of sexism, frustration and imposture so characteristic in certain social sectors of our culture will appear.

In 1979 America (Dewey Bunnell and Gerry Beckley) were at the height of their popularity and had just released "Silent Letter" their first album as a duo following the departure of fellow founding member Dan Peek. Acclaimed Australian filmmaker Peter Clifton captured the band at their concert in New York's Central Park and then followed them across to California where he filmed them in the studio and on location. All of this footage was combined to make America "Live In Central Park".

In 2005 San Francisco real estate magnate Angelo Sangiacomo commissioned Strickland to make a movie that would chronicle final stages in the construction of his new house in Pebble Beach, CA. Amidst the spectacle of the building site, the videographer sought to portray a design project of operatic proportions that involved a sometimes dissonant cast of characters and took more than 6 years to unfold. The owners hoped that this video record might lend future visibility to a structure’s bones and soul that otherwise vanish from sight by the time building is completed.
