The main themes of Murder Music are: the musical origins of black metal, from Birmingham, UK hard rock group Black Sabbath to Newcastle extreme metal pioneers Venom; the anti-Christian sentiment of its practitioners; the controversies surrounding the criminal acts (arson and murder) of the early Norwegian scene; and the paradox of a Christian form of black metal, represented by Scandinavian band Frosthardr. The 64-minute documentary eschews much of the tabloid sensationalism that shrouded the genre in the early to mid-'90s, focusing instead on the music itself, an element thus far overlooked by the mainstream media.

In the trilogy ‘Rain, Sugar, Eye’ thoughts are captured and made visible. Each film is made in one single shot; in which a total shot slowly changes into a close-up. The leading characters in ‘Rain’, ‘Sugar’ and ‘Eye’ are focusing on a detail. Literally seeing another world in this detail causes a fundamental change of their ideas about this reality. In ‘Eye' a man and a woman look each other so profoundly in the eyes that they experience the impossibility of a symbiosis.

"I substituted an escalator with the The Atrocity Exhibition by J. G. Ballard and clung there with my camera. Zooming in, I plunged into its mechanical movement: the collision of gaze against image, metal against metal, the moment of insertion… The erotic to-and-fro rhythm of the montage proceeds, as if to impale itself in these cathode lines which radiate… in these tangled phantasms."

L'italiana in Algeri (The Italian Girl in Algiers) is an operatic dramma giocoso in two acts by Gioachino Rossini to an Italian libretto by Angelo Anelli, based on his earlier text set by Luigi Mosca. The music is characteristic of Rossini's style, remarkable for its fusion of sustained, manic energy with elegant, pristine melodies. “L'italiana in Algeri (The Italian Girl in Algiers)” is a two-act opera buffa by Gioachino Rossini, with a libretto by Angelo Anelli. It premiered at the Teatro San Benedetto in Venice on May 22, 1813. “L'italiana in Algeri” is the first opera buffa that Rossini wrote shortly after his first full-length work, “Tancredi.” Recorded live at the Teatro Municipale Romolo Valli in Reggio Emilia, Italy, on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. (Central European Time).

For two decades, Éva Janikovszky wrote her famous children's monologues, which have remained popular ever since. In some of her books, she always writes about the problems of her boy protagonist, which are related to a particular age. This is how the authors tried to fit the children's monologues "If I were an adult", "Something always happens to me" and the twin books "Be glad you're a boy" and "Be glad you're a girl" around the title work. The protagonist escapes from his life, full of commands and rules, first into the fantasy world of adulthood, then, trying to meet the challenges of going to school. Finally, he experiences the treacle of adolescence, when he is transformed from a clingy toddler into a novice, awkward adult by the conflicts of change. In Róbert Alföldi's film, children and adults play each other. The child in the adult role is very comic, and the adult relegated to the role of child is very awkward.
