Through interviews and performance clips, filmmaker Henry Chalfant explores the history of music in the South Bronx, from the Puerto Rican and Cuban influences that created the local salsa sound to the rise of hip-hop after fires destroyed the area. Artists appearing in this colorful documentary include Eddie Palmieri, Angel Rodríguez, Benny Bonilla, Clemente "Kid Freeze" Moreno, Ray Barretto, Willie Colón, Bobby Sanabria and many others.

Our story takes place in a small frontier town that is a real cross-section of the dreaded terror of the 1950s. On October 23, 1956, the ÁVÓ is throwing a ball for the birthday of the daughter of the local Russian commander. At this ball, the young people plan a clash with the local armed forces. The plan is foiled when the ball is interrupted by news of the outbreak of the Budapest revolution. By this time, Juli, the daughter of the local caretaker commander, and Robi, the son of an actor who has been deported from the capital, are in love. In this revolutionary situation, can the two opposing hearts of love be for each other?

This program is a wonderful companion piece to the Albert Whitlock: A Master of Illusion as Sawicki worked as cameraman for Whitlock's protg's Bill Taylor and Syd Dutton (now effects supervisors). This program pays homage to an exciting craft that was handed down from one camera person to another in the last age of apprenticeship.

For those who love romantic fairy tales full of mysterious magic and spells, filming began in June on the story of Princess Mařinka and the young man Černoočko. The two meet secretly in the woods near the castle and dream of a future together. However, their love is a thorn in the side of Černoočko's grandmother, the witch Křivonožka, who would prefer her grandson to forget about Mařinka and devote himself to the craft of witchcraft. Therefore, she takes advantage of the opportunity when Prince Hubert arrives at the castle for a courtship, deliberately arousing Černoočko's jealousy and hoping that he will renounce Mařinka. However, Černoočko secretly transforms himself into a bird using a complex spell and flies to the castle to see for himself what is happening.

Tsai Chin unveils her music universe once more. The veteran Taiwanese chanteuse who has been active on the music scene for a quarter century performed some of her best loved songs live at Hong Kong's Coliseum during January 24-28, 2007. Now the live recording of this memorable concert is available as Blu-ray karaoke disc. Tsai devotees will be pleased to find such classics as "When Will You Return" (Track 33), "Evening Fragrance" (Track 7), and "Kiss Me" (Track 8) on this 34-track release. The sound of one of Chinese music's legendary voices comes alive again on Tsai Chin In Concert Hong Kong 2007.

A group of Germans is on vacation at the beach in Denmark. Very close to their vacation homes are bunkers of the Wehrmacht from the Second World War. At night, the fog comes and with it gruesome figures from beyond the grave that reach for the living. The program takes an unexpected turn when a slasher from the audience suddenly takes over the direction.
