Not every story made it into the Bible.

Film tells the story of two old people who seem to meet for the first time in their lives and develop a loving relationship. There is the old gentleman who invites the woman he overheard at the piano to visit the planetarium and tells her about his life on a walk. And then there is the beautiful old woman, who listens to him with rapt attention and assures him that everything he tells her is fascinating for her. But you can sense that something is wrong in the woman's parting words in the evening, and you soon realize why she seems so melancholy: The old man is suffering from senile dementia and has already forgotten his meeting with his girlfriend the next morning. And every day he begins to woo her anew, and she bravely continues to play her role. Until a decisive point.

Without sufficient work in the countryside, many peasants go to Hanoi to sell their labor force. As day laborers, they wait in the streets of the city until a job is offered them. After particularly arduous work, some decide to return to the countryside to be near their wives and children. The main character, surrounded by his neighbors, recounts the difficulties and the differences in living conditions between the city and the country.

In July 2002, the illustrator Daniel Maja is invited to Ramallah and Gaza to develop a project for art schools in Palestine, despite the fact that most West Bank cities are under curfew at the time. Dominique Dubosc, the filmmaker, decides to accompany him. The film develops according to their two gazes, which play one against the other, or with the other, in two mediums, throughout the journey.

This narrative restraint appears perhaps most clearly in Wangechi Mutu’s video Cutting, in which the artist enters the frame and proceeds to rhythmically hack away at a log in an expansive desert landscape before finally laying down her machete and leaving the frame.

Following his funeral, the family meet; an argument erupts, revealing the depths of the division between Jeff and Chris. In a counseling session Chris breaks down and is comforted by the counselor. Mattie and Jeff, lost in their grief, each lose their way.

2004 Mexican experimental short

Jools Holland presents a collection of 34 performances from great British bands featured over the last decade on his 'Later...' television show. Running on the BBC since 1992, there have been over 25 series showcasing new musical artists alongside legends in the business. Artists in this collection include Blur, Coldplay, Echo and the Bunnymen, Manic Street Preachers, Oasis, Primal Scream, Radiohead, Suede, Supergrass, The Charlatans, The Darkness, The Libertines, The Verve and Travis.

"Som de Adoradores" is a live album by Aline Barros released in 2004, being the first by the label MK Music. It was recorded at 'Comunidade Internacional Zona Sul', and nominated for a Latin Grammy 2005. It's one of the singer's best-selling albums, selling over 500,000 copies, being certified diamond by ABPD. In 2005 the singer recorded a DVD for the album in Rio de Janeiro, which was also certified diamond. All the tracks on the album were successful, being played on the radio and sung in churches in Brazil and abroad.

Vento Di Terra (wind of the earth) is an Italian film about an 18 year old boy (Vicenzo Pacilli) from a poor suburb of Napoli, Italy who finds himself burdened by expectations of supporting his mother after his father dies from an unexpected heart attack. Working in a blue-collar factory job, Vince soon finds that he does not have enough money to support himself, let alone his frail recently widowed mother. His sister departs to Cassano to finally end her employment drought by getting a job in the local FIAT factory. Vince is left alone to support his mother. He gets involved in a heist, and then out of guilt confesses his sin to a close family friend, who suggests he joins the Italian army. In the army Vince meets a new found friend through his training period, and they are soon deployed together to the war torn state of Kosovo in the Former Yugoslavia, where he is exposed to the brutality of war.

The scene is set in front of a French chateau. The camera chases improbable incidents across the screen. Many are constructed out of one of Jordan's favorite engravings illustrators: Poyet. Duels occur on a tight rope. Heavier-than- air machines fly (and sometimes crash). Below guns spear exploding spheres. The timing of the animation is exquisite, existing in an atmosphere balanced between frenzy and delight.
