A man shows up to a drum audition and puts to shame the other drummer who has better equipment. He gets the gig and plays surfer-style music. Later, the other drummer attacks him and messes him up, but his new girlfriend helps him to regain his drum skills with electricity.

A village is a place to escape to from all urban neuroses. At first sight, the hero finds everything is simple and clear. Even his personal drama (he is nearly divorced from Deima) seems to be solvable.

At the next day's show-and-tell, Mitsuko tells the story of Emily and encourages Yu-Lian.
