The use of black and white, manipulation in the textures of the image, the shots based on long chained fades, the resource of the haptic, as well as its poetic texts, make reference to the capacity of imagination. This video shows the iconic value of the text as an image, from a story that transfigures the idea of the documentary, by being inspired by the road video as another proposal of it. The viewer follows the dialogic narrative and reads the dialogues in a direction opposite to the axis of movement of the box. By staging a range of grays, it completely denatures the perception of the real of a trip, of a rupture; this melancholy story of despair is typographic iconography carrier of absent poetic contents

Although she loves Hyeong-Jo, a gifted musician, Ji-Seon follows her father's will. But Ji-Young came to know Chel-Hwan's plot and feels pity for her sister. As bankruptcy causes her father's death, Ji-Young determines to take revenge and stands against Cheol-Hwan. Ji-Seon, who lived in an isolated island with Hyeong-Jo after she found Cheol-Hwan's real intention, holds a concert for the disabled to commemorate Hyeong-Jo's death. And she gives a warm reception with smile to Cheol-Hwan who comes to ask pardon.

First Comes Love consists of perfectly choreographed scenes of four wedding ceremonies accompanied by a complex medley of popular love songs. All seems to be going as it should until the couples reach the altar, when the celebratory atmosphere is interrupted for a surprising public service announcement. Then song and dance continues until the happy couples depart, leaving behind a dwindling crowd and a few altar boys who carefully sweep up the rice that blankets the pavement like snow. The film doesn't attempt to defend--or discredit--the institution of marriage. Instead, it reveals the many subtle emotions surrounding the event, and raises questions about how the double standard regarding marriage affects gay and straight couples.
