A seminar about Men and Faithfulness, to discuss the result of Matra magazine’s survey, that concludes that two out of three men have affairs, becomes a hot topic. Doddy, a faithful husband, becomes a suspect. The office secretary, who adores him, suspects him. His wife, Atik, also suspects him because, when working out of town, she sees the behaviour of her male colleagues. Furthermore, Doddy has to work late because he has to accompany the company’s director during a business meeting with a Japanese company. In addition, he has to find a lady escort for his guest, and at one of the dinner parties, he is photographed being very close to Neni, the escort. Atik refuses to accept Doddy’s explanations so he has to find Neni’s pimp to prove his innocence. Instead, the escort agency’s bouncers beat him up. Finally, Atik believes him, especially when she finds that Neni is going to be married to the director.

Okay, well, this film started out as a punk Joke, made 10 minutes before class, in 8mm, shot Brakhage, camera jammed, used accident to shoot him down again, in order to move on, you know what I mean? But now... the whole thing is gettin' out of hand. I keep adding more chapters whenever I get pissed off, or incredulous at the whole Avant number, like when the Faust films came out, I knew it was time to go to work again... Part I. Starman, Part II. The Umpire Strikes Back, Part III. Dog Star Man Returns, Part IV: Who's on Faust? The whole series is dedicated to Jane and the kids...

Under a score of abbreviated drones and freeform woodwinds, the Aleinikov brothers cut together a series of images, found and made, that look unfailingly bleak, industrial or both bleak and industrial: disused factories, clunky utilitarian machinery, strings of unsettlingly young violinists, old-timey group portraits with everyone's eyes scratched out. Interspersed are less overtly sinister but somehow eerier snatches of action, like a circling brood of crude stop-motion mice or a bunch of little wooden people chopping wood and sawing logs, all differently affected by the vagaries time and the physical world foist onto film stock.

Page after page of silly rhymes and comical pictures will keep your little one giggling in this Dr. Seuss favorite. The book's simple words, sentences, and meanings are wonderful learning material for early readers, who will be captivated by Seuss's magical wackiness. Pat Sat, Pat sat on a hat accompanies a picture of a smiling, white-gloved bear sitting on a hat. The bear sits on a cat and then a baseball bat before squatting over a prickly cactus. No Pat No, Don't sit on that, warns a smaller bear.

His girlfriend is pregnant, he’s just lost his job, his mother is deserting him for a career move to New York City, and his divorced dad (Willie Boy Walker) can barely afford the small office space in which they live. Morgan’s most pressing problem is whether or not to register for the draft, and Walker, in a bravura performance, shares a real-life story of how he avoided military service in the late 1960’s. After a series of fateful encounters, Morgan finally saves his sanity by baking a cake." (from Fandor.com)

North of Neuruppin lies the Ruppiner Schweiz, the smallest “Swiss” area on German soil. Fontane loved the seclusion and enigmatic appeal of this region’s landscape. As an idyllic recreational and holiday region, it attracts countless tourists every year. But the industry has left its mark: what were previously common sights in the wild can only now be found by vacationers in museums or small zoos. A film about a regional landscape, its history, and how people treat it.
