Once again, Leu (Bin Banleurit) is ordered by his boss to form a mercenary team to stop drug propagation in Thailand and get rid of a dangerous drug lord, called Bad dog, protected by scores of tough men. It could be a "The Magnificent Seven" Thai remake. Six former soldiers join. Leu is reluctant to form a new team as all members died in the previous mission. Every new team member has a reason to join, i.e. need 300 000 baht to cure a sick mother... They go inside the jungle. They are on unofficial mission so even the police and army can shoot them. They are mercenaries (คนรับจ้าง) so they are employed for die. During the progression in the jungle two mercenaries die (through machete and acid bath). On the way, they help lost migrants including one lady with a baby. During the final face to face with the drug lord, all his teammates die. Leu would like to exchange his life (แลกตาย) with them as he promised that no team members should die.

'In 1980, the VPRO asked me to make a short film about the Russian pianist Youri Egorov. It was allowed to last ten minutes and was broadcast in the then Extra section. We were 25, both born in May 1954. It was my second short film, and I was very nervous. Youri didn't like cameras and even less interviews. But he agreed, "because you were even shyer than he was," his friend Jan Brouwer told me later. In the years that followed, we would meet up sometimes, and on one such occasion, during the last concert of Vladimir Horowitz, I promised him that later, when we would both be 50, I would make 'a real' film about a long and interesting life. Youri smiled politely. When he died in 1988, I said goodbye to him at his home, and Jan Brouwer reminded me of my promise. Vienna in the thirties. Two Jewish thieves dress up as Orthodox Jews so that they can steal without being recognized. They mingle among the guests of a Jewish weddings causing chaos.

Stathis, who is the director of a corporation, after the death of his lord confesses his daughter, but her mother, who is also a major shareholder in the company, wanting to dominate the situation itself, degrades her name. Stathis' reaction is direct and "satanic". He devises a kidnapping pattern of his stunt during a fun party they give at home, but the authorized kidnappers make a mistake, and in his place they capture him. His mother-in-law refuses to pay the ransom and he is in the most difficult position to convince the kidnappers that the target was not his but his poor homeland.

During the war, the Nazis took the breeding horse Zarnitsa, winner of many international races, to Germany. But the horse refused to obey its new owner, jockey Shoiberg. Therefore, he was forced to release from captivity stableman Grigory, who took care of Zarnitsa before the war. Taking advantage of the situation, the stableman tried to escape and died. And Scheuberg decided to ride Zarnitsa after all, but at the finish line she threw off her rider and ran away. She was found and returned to her owner, and despite this, she tried many times to escape from captivity. Only at the very end of the war she was found by the stableman's son Lenka....

This film depicts the laborious and isolated existence of Emilia, a working class, urban, Latina housewife in the U.S. Emilia's detached attitude towards her husband and children suggests deep unhappiness and a fatalistic resignation. She vicariously experiences her dreams of romance and adventure through the female protagonist of her favorite soap opera. The film intermixes the fantasy world of the television program with the reality of the Emilia's daily life, exploring the profound sense of dissatisfaction and acute feelings of entrapment experienced by women within society's traditional roles. There is not much difference between Emilia's "real" life and her soap opera life in that the woman is confined in both environments.

Taiwanese movie

Set at the end of the Singasari Kingdom and the rise of Kediri Kingdom; there are two siblings, Arya Dwipangga, who loves literature, and Arya Kamandanu, who loves martial arts. Dwipangga steals Kamandanu’s girlfriend and runs away but gets trapped in the cave of weapon master, Empu Ranubaya, who makes him a student. Ranubaya and Empu Hanggareksa, Kamandanu’s father, are fellow students from the same school. But while Hanggareksa serves Kartanegara, the king of Singasari; Ranubaya refuses to. A messenger of Kublai Khan from Mongolia offers Kertanegara a peaceful relationship. When Kertanegara refuses the offer, the Mongolian messenger kidnaps Ranubaya.

Basically, a courtroom drama, the marriage of Wisnu and Shinta starts having problems when Shinta becomes disabled. Dian, the caregiver they hire, turns out to be an ex-lover of Wisnu and she wants him back, enough to want to kill Shinta. Instead, Dian is the one killed and the scissor that Dian was planning to use ends up in Shinta’s hands. Through the court proceeding, Shinta’s innocence is proven.

The monotonous everyday life of an elderly couple is recorded almost silently in a time frame of three days. A woman and a man who have lived their whole lives together no longer have anything in common, apart from habit and the arguments that separate them.

A young woman named Karin Schröder studied biophysics in Moscow and has now returned to the GDR with her diploma. She is thirsty for action, eager to work and now wants to put her specialized knowledge into practice. But at Professor Angerer's institute, where she ends up, there are no opportunities to apply her knowledge. Although Angerer shows her a safe route up the career ladder, Karin sees this more as a means of keeping her quiet - so she turns down the offer. On her own initiative, she goes in search of allies in order to find her way after all. Angerer then instructs her to abandon her self-initiated work - which leads to both professional and personal disaster for the young woman.
