Cinematic Era: 1970s Vintage

A man who became the third boss faces off against delinquent foreigners and villains vying to rule the underworld in order to develop the port city.

This film constructs an anguished hymn to peace using pieces of movie newscasts, photographs, and monuments about those who have fallen in the Great War.
