Being mortal, she is also carrying the vampire's children – twins, one good and one inherently evil – and after her mother is thrown down her stairs by an unseen force (linked to the cobra curled around the vampire's grave marker!), she leaves one of the babies, flees the village with the other child, and heads in a trance directly for the sanctuary of Angustia's villa.

Upon her release, she has earned the right to obtain her nursing license. Thanks to this license, she finds her first job. Murat is a paralyzed man. They begin to heal each other's wounds. However, as the patient recovers, the time for their separation draws near.

Pickwick is a British television musical made by the BBC in 1969 and based on the 1963 stage musical Pickwick, which in turn was based on the 1837 novel The Pickwick Papers written by Charles Dickens. It stars Harry Secombe as Samuel Pickwick and Roy Castle as Sam Weller. This television production was based on the stage musical Pickwick which had been a commercial success. It was adapted for the screen by James Gilbert and Jimmy Grafton. The musical had premiered in the West End in 1963, again with Harry Secombe in the lead role. Running at 90 minutes and made in colour, the TV musical again had lyrics by Leslie Bricusse and a score by Cyril Ornadel. The book was by Wolf Mankowitz and it was directed by Terry Hughes. The programme was first transmitted on 11 June 1969 and again on 26 December 1969. One of the better known songs from the score is "If I Ruled the World". The cast of this production differed somewhat from that of the stage musical.

Based on the tale of Karlis Skalbe about an irreplaceable copper coin that brought wealth to a poor bathhouse attendant and ruined his soul.

A wealthy young man with a bright future, Andreas, finishes the Polytechnic at a time when the lovely Stella, the girl she is in love with, starts her studies at the University. He wants to get married, but his father has other plans in mind: to send him for postgraduate studies in Paris. Stella does not want to stand in the way of Andrea's career and future, and she sacrifices her own happiness to become that great architect. She suffers from their separation, but her pain softens her job: a psychologist, specialized in the treatment of delayed children, will dedicate her soul and body to her work. A few years later, thanks to Lina, who is surprised to learn that he is the daughter of Andreas, he will rejoin him and finally find happiness.

This film belongs to Higgins' 'hard series', meaning that the formal structure is relatively inflexible. The colors shift from the normal to their complements, producing extraordinary after-images, and this is done to a pulse by means of over 3000 splices to the films. The sound is from a tape recording of the Ray Gun Specs at the Judson Church in 1960, and in which Higgins was one of the featured Happenings artists. –D. H.

First transmitted in 1969, this programme shows the life and career of military musicians. It follows young bandsmen recruiting as junior musicians at the Guards Depot, Pirbright, to becoming regimental musicians at Kneller Hall Military School of Music.

Charlie buys a camping trailer from a friend and he and Junior surprise Bessie with it. Charlie gets into many mishaps during the ensuing camping trip, and as a result, gets whacked on the on the head with a skillet by Bessie several times.

Dr. Barbara Heim, a heart surgeon, and Gunter Heim, a well-known actor, have been married for seven years. They have a six-year-old daughter. Both partners are totally taken up by their work which is physically and mentally demanding. So there is little time left for family life and the strained relations worsen and finally plunge Barbara into a crisis - shortly before their seventh wedding anniversary. At this very point a child dies in hospital, prompting Barbara to ask herself in desperation if - and for how long she can put up with the double burden of career and family. On top of this, she notices that Gunter is starting to compare her to other women.

Amir, Naser and Mansour try hard to obtain ten thousand Tomans in order to release Narges's father from prison. At the same time, a runaway thief throws a bag full of money into their house. After a while, the landlord forces them out and Narges keeps their furniture which includes the bag too. The thief's teammates are searching for the bag but they fail to find it, and finally police arrives and the bag is found and delivered to the owner. The owner gives the young men ten thousand Tomans which they need, and so Narges's father is released.

In this film, Nauman bounces his testicles with one hand. Shot in extreme close-up, the work is perhaps an ironic reference to an earlier film Bouncing Two Balls Between the Floor and Ceiling with Changing Rhythms, in which he bounced rubber balls. Along with Black Balls, Gauze, and Pulling Mouth, Bouncing Balls is one of Nauman's "Slo-Mo" films which are shot with an industrial high speed camera.
