During that time, he fell in love with Rekha and soon enough, he becomes a popular comedian, touring the country with his act. When he returns, it is to news that Rekha's marriage has been arranged and it is her wish that he perform at her wedding. This becomes the most difficult performance of his life.

A months-long investigation by Interpol's special services has already revealed the identity of the main trafficker in Paris, a certain Chando and his accomplice Magda. They run a cabaret in Montmartre where the drug is regularly distributed, but the police are still powerless to discover the means used by the traffickers to move opium between Istanbul and the major capitals. A network is organized to follow a certain Madeleine who regularly makes the journey. Her luggage was searched in vain, and the consul, when asked about her, could only praise her: she had long been devoted to repatriating the bodies of her compatriots who had died abroad, free of charge, when the families so wished. On the other hand, the French police are on the trail of Mathias, accused of murdering an old peasant who claimed the inheritance of his son, who died abroad.

A hand-made, scratched-on film experiment in intermittent animation. The images are a group of twenty-four visuals, all non-representational, which arrange and rearrange on the screen in many combinations. The result is a changing pattern of sound and image that has its own rhythm for eye and ear.

Duras, ever the challenging interviewer, forensically questions a Parisian zookeeper regarding the happiness of the animals in his charge. Intercut with her questions is stark black-and-white footage of the animals themselves behind bars, as they pace the length of their small concrete enclosures. Duras is very much on the side of the big cats. “Are you ever careless?” she asks the zookeeper. When he replies in the negative, Duras says smilingly: “In your position I’d be tempted to be careless”.

The crime syndicate demands that Cheng Chung-bo lead the way to the treasure trove, holding his family hostage. Booby-trapped, Cheng Fai disengages the device and flees to join Flying Heroine Ma Chau-wan and Detective Wong. Meanwhile, the ingenious scientist Dr Ng is enlisted by the ringleader Ho Kei-ming to match wits and brawn with Fai and Ma. Ma slyly earns the trust of a bewitched Ng, claiming to be Fai's biggest foe. Ng ushers Ma into the headquarters where he meets his doom. With his patience running out, Ho grasps an apprehended Chung-bo on a treasure hunt while the pursuers are diverted from their course. Ma recognises her long-lost father from among the gangsters and brings him to his senses with words of absolution. The father pledges his alliance to the duo in crushing the gang and saving Chung-bo and wife.

Directed by Don Owen, this follow-up to Graham Parker’s 1964 film Joey revisits the life of the eponymous young boy, who at the age of seven had trouble finding adoptive parents, most of whom look for children who are still in their infant years. This film catches up with Joey after he has found a home, and reveals some of the problems he faces in adjusting to the routines of family life.

The infamous Don Juan Tenorio, a reckless and charming libertine, engages in various amorous exploits and challenges morality in his pursuit of pleasure and conquest. A wager between Don Juan and his rival Don Luis Mejía is established, laying the groundwork for a contest of seduction and moral defiance. "Don Juan Tenorio" by José Zorrilla is a dramatic play written in the mid-19th century, renowned as a classic of Spanish literature.

The film is set in Lithuania after the Second World War. It shows dramatic events in a small Lithuanian farming community, where people are split between the Soviets and the "brothers in the woods", who are fighting to defend their land from the Soviets after the end of the Second World War.

The film shows the members of a voluntary association of young people from Upper Volta who work in Abidjan, Ivory Coast - first at their work, then at a reunion that ends on a dance floor in Treichville. The young people who come to work in Abidjan often form spontaneous associations for mutual help and entertainment, which are called "Goumbés" in Ivory Coast, after the name of a square drum that serves as the rhythmic base to their dance. During a general meeting, the secretary of the association reads the statutes, and it is these statutes that serve as both the backdrop and the commentary of the film.

The Bonanza star hosts this yuletide half-hour with the UNICEF Children's Choir on their imaginary trip to the Charles Dickens-era of England.

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh undertook an official visit to the region in February 1966, as documented in this film. The destinations on this month long excursion included: British Guiana; Trinidad and Tobago; Grenada; St. Vincent; Barbados; St. Lucia; Dominica; Montserrat; Antigua; St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla; Tortola (Virgin Islands); the Bahamas; Jamaica. This rich and detailed Technicolor travelogue was the only film authorised by the Palace. Strict instructions were given prior to the production being given the green light, most notably that the royals could only be filmed when ‘engaged in a public function’. Unlike the more relaxed footage or interviews you might see with the royals now the film is visually very official in tone.

The Idea Man is a three minute short film by Jim Henson which was used for a live performance with Limbo on The Mike Douglas Show on July 20, 1966. The film has featured in various screenings of vintage Henson material without the Limbo performance superimposed over the images.

Andras Kovacs' film, considered one of the most important Hungarian films of the 1960s, centers around four men who await trial for their involvement in the massacre of several thousand Jewish and Serbian people of Novi Sad in 1942. Each denies any responsibility, claiming that they were only following orders. The film is significant for its willingness to address the subject of Hungary's role in WWII, which was taboo at the time of the its release.
