Alles Leben ist Kampf (English translation: All Life is Struggle) is a National Socialist propaganda film produced in 1937, directed by Herbert Gerdes, and W. Hüttig. This film is about the disabled and the lawful decree of the prevention of hereditary diseases being passed down to the next generation through sterilization. At the same time, a call for hereditary healthy Germans to reproduce so as to avoid the death of their people. It was one of six propagandistic movies produced by the NSDAP, Reichsleitung, Rassenpolitisches Amt or the Office of Racial Policy from 1935-1937 to demonize people in Germany diagnosed with mental illness and mental retardation.

A small river separates Soviet lands from the territory of one of the capitalist powers. On the other side, the girl Pebble lives with her peasant father. One morning, after running after a cow across a river, the girl crossed to the Soviet side. She only spends one day in the kindergarten of the border post, but this day remains in her memory for the rest of her life. Seeing the bright, spacious rooms, the beautiful clothes of the children, delicious plentiful food, and many toys, the girl remembers with bitterness her dilapidated hut, where there is not always bread for dinner. Caressed by the Soviet people, in a new dress, with a bunch of donated toys, Pebble goes back home. A rude shout from a gendarme officer brings the girl back to bitter reality.

The film tells the story of modern motorcycle riding in Helsinki in the late 1930s. When the spring sun begins to warm up, members of the Helsinki Motorcycle Club go on a bike ride. The bikes are repaired and in the morning they gather at Töölöntori Square, where the journey towards the countryside begins. The idea is a journey for the sake of the journey itself, without any benefit. The road, the machine and its control are the world of modern man: “The motorcyclist is created to race.” “The song of the power of the engines is playing.” In keeping with the romanticism of the machine at the time, women are also included. Specifically, the film presents motocross on forest trails and skilled riding on the road – without hands or standing on the bike. The images also feature many bikes from the late 1930s, such as HD, Triumph, Norton, NSU, Ariel, Royal Enfield and New Imperial.

Engineering student Petteri and retired captain Jere Renkonen arrive in Terijoki as guests of architect Matti Marras at the villa he has rented. In the midst of everything, the owner of the villa, Russian émigré prince Asatiánts, arrives with his niece Darja. Petteri eavesdrops and learns that the prince is expecting a "man from Marseille" at the villa. This man is supposed to take a secret document hidden in a large cabinet in the hall across the border to Moscow, containing information about the hiding place of the prince's family jewels.
