With the nesters now well organized, Stevens finds a Malloy look-alike and makes a plan to use him to trap the nesters and wipe them out.

The film The Green Domino is adapted from the 1933 stage play Der Fall Claasen by German dramatist Erich Ebermayer, whose works often examined criminal cases and moral dilemmas. Ebermayer's play, premiered at Vienna's Akademietheater, centers on a mysterious figure linked to a green domino mask during a pivotal event, blending elements of intrigue and personal reckoning.

Final installment of the Okochi / Arai / Yamanaka Mito Komon series and just as good as the others (a good deal longer, as well). Again, this film like the other two is similar in tone and spirit to the Yamanaka Tange Sazen film and would appeal to fans of that film.

The first Easter Island documentary, filmed in 1935 when the Belgian naval ship Mercator came to collect Drs. Henri Lavacherry and Alfred Métraux, who had arrived six months before to carry out archaeological and ethnological work. The film, directed with melodramatic gusto and featuring a full orchestral score by Maurice Jaubert (who also did the narration), shows islanders, the monuments, and a public dance. A theme of decay and decadence characterizes the film, the motif portrayed gruesomely by extensive close-ups of the inhabitants of the leper colony there at the time. Assisted by his sister, who is in love with the third student, Dunlap begins to follow the the small trail of clues left by the killer.

She conceals this shameful employment from the children, but the truth comes out years later, after her daughter is rejected by her husband’s family when they investigate her background.

However, he does not know her name and accidentally comes to Elvíra's villa. The diva is not at home. Florian finds a love letter in the villa and thinks it is addressed to him. However, upon his return, Elvíra mercilessly throws Florian out...

Basically this is a commercial for Hollywood's Lido Lounge and for MGM contract players. The Lido is a large watering hole; we visit one afternoon with an orchestra playing, all sorts of stars and would-be stars sitting at tables near the pool alongside paying customers, and bathing beauties parading and diving. The Lido's manager, Reggy Denny, introduces the stars in the audience. He's sometimes interrupted by someone who does a bit, sings a song, or otherwise entertains: most of these are novelty acts. By the end, everyone's having a swell time.

Captain Matthews is paid 40,000 dollars in cash by Nick Conrad for his shipment of silk from China. About 15 seconds after he gets the cash, he's lured away on a false pretence and robbed by Conrad's henchmen. Newspaper reporter Jerry Mason witnesses the robbery and steals the cash from Conrad.

A rich Brazilian, Mendoza, visited Paris in 1900 and was romantically involved with the star of Offenbach's 'La vie parisienne' which was playing at the time. Thirty five years later, he returns with his son and granddaughter, who is engaged to a young Frenchman. But Mendoza's puritanical son forbids the marriage. Mendoza and the actress's friends conspire to change his mind and convert him to 'Parisian life.'

The ruins of St. Mary's Abbey are in the background. Manure from the yard is loaded onto a tumbrill and two horses pull the tumbrill along a heavily rutted land for spreading on the fields. This is then ploughed in by horse plough.The head stockman prepares food for the sheep before lambing. He is wearing a sack tied around his waist as protective clothing. The film shows the lambing pens being built out of hurdles covered in straw. The sheep are brought into the pens where they are fed with mangles (mangolds). The spring sowing. The harrow and the seed drill are both pulled by horses. The operation of the drill is explained in detail. The final shots show a worker applying a top dressing to the field using the broadcast method.
