The Plastic Man Comedy/Adventure Show S01 E08 Wham-Bam! Beware of the Clam!

A pirate uses his submarine to steal a water-controlling machine from the Chinese government. He uses the machine to flood the streets of New York City so that he can rob all of the banks. Plastic Man is called in to try and stop the evil pirate.
