CCTV Cities S01 E04 Blackburn

Donal MacIntyre follows the work of police and CCTV operators in Blackburn on the busy last weekend before Christmas. A suspected trouble-maker is captured on an experimental new headpiece camera making an offensive gesture toward an officer, and a serial shoplifter is caught by a shopping centre's surveillance team stealing an entire rail of children's clothing.
