Overview
Carl joins Brittany's latest project, a school news show, under one condition: he gets to be the weatherman. When he argues with Brittany on the air, they are both shocked to discover their banter is a hit. A fast-talking TV Producer, Steve McT, convinces them to star in a reality show where they play a bickering brother and sister.
