[1] Mike Shinoda gets slapped with a $5,000 fine for parking next to a fire hydrant when there was a fire. [2] Brandy gets caught with stolen jewels and her brother is arrested. [3] Mekhi Phifer gets accused of not paying his tax and is told he must pay it or he could go to jail.
