La Frontera

The son of an Amazonian native and an Andean mestiza, but raised almost ignorant of his roots, the author embarks on a journey to Shimuyani, in the heart of the Amazon, to rediscover his cultural origins and ultimately appreciate the indigenous contribution to the construction of the true Peruvian identity.
