Today: adjusting a schedule with a client. Lan Cheng, from China, works in Gunma Prefecture at a company that makes pizza ovens. His bright and positive personality is an asset as he learns all about pizza oven maintenance. He's also working on developing a system to improve the safety of the ovens.
