Doraemon S17 E40 Explosive Pepper / Flower Viewing or Bust

Doraemon saves Nobita's from getting late to school by blowing him to class with a sneeze powered by 'Explosive Pepper.' Gian takes it away, however, and uses the Explosive Pepper to cause trouble around the neighborhood.
