The Dukes of Hazzard S06 E03 Too Many Roscos

"You're in Hazzard County where the lawmen are crooks, the good guys are outlaws and ever'body's in-laws!"

When Rosco chases the Dukes, he drives into a pond and then is kidnapped by a man who underwent plastic surgery to look just like him (also played by James Best). But when the townsfolk all think Rosco is dead, the ringer shows up in town to be there when the armored truck arrives - and rob it.
