The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show S01 E12 Scooby's Gold Medal Gambit

The Chameleon, a master of disguise, escapes from Wholesome Prison, and is headed to the World Games to steal the gold medals. At the same time the kids are there to report on the games, and they try to help Chairman Lewis protect the medals and capture the bad guy.
