Summer Dance S05 E02 A Midsummer Night's Dream

The series focusing on the world of dance and choreography continues with an all-dance version of Shakespeare's surreal comedy A Midsummer Night's Dream, choreographed by George Balanchine , the Russian-American who died in 1983. Recorded in February at London's Sadler's Wells theatre, the work is performed by the Seattle-based Pacific Northwest Ballet, accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra.
