Alison and Frank are empty nesters who want more time for leisure and less time spent managing their large oceanfront property. Frank admits it’s a bit of a burden, but he doesn’t want to leave the family home. After 25 years of maintaining such a huge house, Alison wants a home that’s just for her and Frank, where they will spend less time working and more time having fun.
