Crime Story S02 E05 Stedul: The Yugoslav Hitman

Nikola Stedul, a former Croatian Freedom Fighter, lives in Fife, Scotland with his family. A plan to assassinate him is concocted and the gun-man Vinco Sindicic is sent to the quiet Scottish town to shoot the outspoken exile. After sitting and watching the house for a week, the assassin shoots Stedul several times as he leaves his house for a walk. The plan fails and Stedul survives. Adaptation of true events.
