Former detective Sean Ronin encounters the Global Frequency, an underground espionage team who works internationally to save things that the government can't (or from the government in most cases). Run by the mysterious Miranda Zero and supported by the techie Aleph, Ronin meets Kate, the physicist on the Global Frequency to help solve the case of a mysterious power surge that tears everything (including people) apart. How will they stop it when they learn it is coming from a man's mind?
