Alex Polizzi heads to the Kent seaside town of Ramsgate to help with the launch of a new venture, but discovers it is plagued by the same age-old problems. Once a summer retreat for a young Queen Victoria, the historic Albion House was facing an uncertain future until Gay and John Haines stepped in with plans to convert it into a 14-bedroom boutique hotel.
